Meeting Nick at the home show in Stratford was a positive experience. We went to the business location where he gave us in-depth information about a tub we were interested in. Absolutely no pressure even though they were very busy. Then in a few weeks Kaiden and Derek delivered the tub. It was installed efficiently and with care. Directions of how to run it and take care of the tub was presented clearly and all questions were answered. We have now used it and are loving it. Thank you all. Heather and Doug

Went in on June 25, 2022 to look at hot tubs. We were looked after by David who was very knowledgeable about all the products available. He took the time to answer all of our questions. From the time we purchased the hot tub to installation we were fortunate to have everything completed in less than 4 weeks. We were lucky that the tub we purchased was in stock.When the tub was delivered by Derek and Keiden they explained how to start up the tub and what all the chemicals were used for. They were very helpful.After two weeks of operation we went back with a list of questions which were all answered! Thank you again David and Nick. We also had our water tested and were given an explanation on how to correct the levels.We are happy to support a local business who stand by their product. Zorra answered all my questions and took the time to explain all my options. They were quick to reply to all my emails and they kept me in the loop about arrival/delivery. I love my hot tub! It’s exactly what I wanted. There was an issue at the start, but Zorra arrived the same day I called and it was all fixed with no hassles at all. They took care of me! I’d highly recommend Zorra!!

Just got in from a wonderful soak in our new hot tub from Zorra Hot Tubs. We've had it for almost a week and we're wondering why we did without for so long! We had shopped around, but once we visited Zorra and spoke to Nick and David, we knew we had come to the right place. We found everything we were looking for in purchasing a hot tub. We are so pleased by the service at Zorra Hot tubs. We bought a swim spa and Cavana in November from David who answered all our questions and more. They stored it for us till this April when we had it delivered last week. The delivery crew was fantastic. Thanks so much Joe, Derek and Kaiden, you are all very professional, everything went so smooth. We had a problem starting it up the next day and Derek came over and got things going for us right away. David came over a couple of days later and went over everything involving the running of the spa. They are all so very helpful and kind. We would highly recommend anyone looking to buy a swim spa or hot tub to just go to Zorra Hot tubs. We would give you six stars if we could. Thanks

We went to Zorra hot tubs to shop for a swim spa. The service we received from David and his team was excellent. They invited us to bring our bathing suits to try out the spa, it was perfect just what we were looking for!!!. Every part of the sales process was well handled. It was later in the season and we where willing to wait until end of April 2023 it actually arrived a few weeks earlier then expected, our day finally came and our hydropool spa and covana top was delivered and set up without a hitch. Derek and Kaiden delivered our Comfort 2300S Hot Tub this morning!They were quick and efficient and incredibly friendly!They joke around with you while setting up your hot tub and they both are very thorough and explain everything they are doing while they do it!They gave great instructions on how to properly clean and sanitize our hot tub and didn’t leave until we were completely satisfied!Nick was a great salesman as well! Gave us lots of instruction and made sure we were completely happy with our purchase! We asked a million questions and he gave us complete honesty.I’d recommend Zorra Hot Tub and Swim Spas to anyone.

Zorra Hot Tub and Spas has been the perfect experience. David was awesome to deal with. No pressure, will answer any question you have and help you find the perfect tub! Even after you buy the tub, they are professional and courteous and genuinely care about you and your purchase. We purchased a Hydropool hot tub from Zorra a few weeks ago and cant say enough about the service we received. I had many questions for David, which were all answered clearly and quickly.
