Good selection. We just bought two swivel recliners. Price was higher than we had hoped to find them at. But we bought one on sale and ordered in a second smaller one from another line and had to special order" matching fabric and that raised price. If we had stayed with chairs on sale that day prices would have been high but reasonable. We asked to have them unwrapped in warehouse before we took possession so we could check them and so we would not have to deal with cardoard boxes at home. We found a "flaw in fabric" on one arm so they have ordered in two new arms for that chair. We bought three beautiful 5 ft by 9 ft carpets for $100 each from the sale area when we went back to pick up chair."

We had a very nice salesman, Michael Hall, and it took no time to find a very comfortable and attractive replacement for our 26 year old LaZBoy recliner couch. Lisa is enjoying trying it out. The new style Dorian" has a longer seat back and a wider arm rest and very comfortable seats and a lovely "Sand" colour. I believe LaZBoy is hard to beat for value to cost. That's why I'm buying my third new set of furniture from them in 26 years

The leather on our recliner sofa did not hold up. It began to wear. For the money we paid, we would never purchase again. We bought two sofas and two large chairs. The sofa is only about three years old. If you are thinking about buying a LazyBoy, this is in my opinion only, I would not do so. Really disappointed.

Great selection of furniture. Well known quality and knowledgeable sales staff. Surprisingly most items seemed well priced as well as a lot of sale items on display floor. A massive warehouse on site too so most items were in stock. We were able to browse at ease and try everything in person, then took a recliner home the same day!

Amazing customer service.We went in looking for a mattress which they unfortunately don't sell. Despite this, an employee named Steven gave us a complete and comprehensive summary of all local businesses that sell mattresses.The dude just genuinely wanted to help, which is sometimes a rare quality to find in sales folk. 10/10 Steven, would accidentally stumble into La-z-Boy again.

Keep in mind when you purchase a leather couch or chair unless stipulated the whole chair is not leather but something else. Please make sure you are getting what you really want. A total leather product will cost you more. We didn't know this until a neighbour had to have the seat repaired. Buyer beware.

Expensive and old fashioned. The sales people are very nice but they are pushy. I don't enjoy being asked a million questions as soon as I walk in the door. Not sure maybe some people still like shopping like that in 2023.I don't like their furniture but that's more of a style preference.

Weird management. I applied for a truck driver job and satisfied all requirements and they have denied my application after a week. I guess they hire someone who is Mark or John( roots based).Incompetent HR AND DELAYED ON REPLYING.

We bought a sectional for our family room which has been lightly used, the lugs which hold the parts of the sectional together are very poorly designed and are not really fit for purpose, when buying a sectional from Lazy Boy check to see how its held together to avoid an expensive disappointment
