Recently purchased 2020 GLS Mercedes-Benz from Faraz. I was kind of hesitant at first because of some of the reviews. Perry was our sales person, I found him to be kind and honest. Ali, the owner, was kind as well. They took my concerns seriously and offered to have the vehicle fully inspected at a Mercedes-Benz dealership. They were few items that needed fixing, and they were fixed. Perry kept me updated with the progress of the inspection and the recommended repairs. I was not rushed or pressure to buy. The communication was honest and straightforward.Also, I went to Mercedes-Benz dealership about the Mercedes Me app, I was asked what the price I bought it for was, and was told I got a good deal from Faraz.
