Owner/Manager is very quick to respond for any issues! Emailed me back within 20 mins! Very professional! Will continue using their services! Went above&beyond. Had a technician come out following morning &refunded me what I had lost, no questions asked! Would not hesitate to use River Rock for all your laundering needs! 5 star Service!

We have been using River Rock Laundry to supply, maintain, and service our coin laundry machines in our building.The team is quick to diagnose any problems and provide solutions - repair times are fast, and are always willing to do a bit more to make sure the machines are ready for service when our tenants need them. I had issues with 2 of their washing machines and I sent them an email and they responded right away and then they had the supervisor come out and reimburse me the money that I had lost. I think that is total amazing service and would recommend them to my family and friends because you just don’t see many businesses going out to keep their customers happy now a day’s and I am truly a happy customer!!!

I had a quite frustrating experience with the laundry machines, but barring future similarities I can see it as an unfortunate occurrence. good quick customer service though.changed my review back to a low rating because regardless of load size my clothes consistently come out of the dryer either damp or still wet, very rarely do I not have to run the dryer twice. even more frustrating is the fact that this company replaced our old machines which regardless of load size always came out dry.

I just did my first load of laundry in one of their machines. It was wonderful. The app is easy to use and let's you know when your laundry was complete.
