Sitting on vinden Street Midland watching one of the Towne Towing guys in a flatbed coming by texting while he's driving.I called the companyI called the company to express my concern Just pretty much blew me off.I said it would be nice if you seemed concerned about community safety. Would not suggest this company..

Thanks so much for the absolute fastest service I’ve ever seen, we had our toddler lock himself in the truck while putting groceries away (embarrassing-yes ) thankfully he had the truck heat on in this minus 20 weather!These guys showed up super fast (well under ten minutes) and got our little guy safe with mom and dad before we had to smash any windows. Can’t thank you enough for the service and high priority mentality. Definitely recommend this company. Thank you again! You made a stressful situation very positive.

Prices are okay but the drivers are rude, told me I would never sell my old car. Very unprofessional. *Car is sold though :D*

5 stars. My back right tired popped and when I pulled over my car died. Tim showed up in 20 minutes, taught me how to change the tire, opened the hood and figured out the issue and fixed it for me. Then he only charged me 50 bucks! They also towed a massive double decker food truck for the company I work for and did a great job. I will always call these guys.

I had an excellent experience with Towne towing! I was very stuck during a busy storm. They responded quickly and worked very hard to get me unstuck. I would highly recommend.

Called Roadside Assistance and Towne showed up. Driver got into my vehicle with a greasy, dirty coat on. Left grease and mud everywhere. Tom Smith was good enough to clean up his mess. Poor experience. Wouldn't use them again if I had a choice.

Came to my house because my mom had called them to move my big dually diesel truck... driver showed up in a flat bed and was told to bring a wrecker due to the size and set up of my truck... I haven’t drove the truck in months so I asked for 5 minutes to find the keys because I had just woke up... nope didn’t give me 5 minutes, just hooked my truck up and started dragging it down my driveway.I open the door to see the guy not only loading it on a bad angle but showing no regard for my truck, outter wheels almost popping off the beads, huge skid marks from dragging my truck with brand new tires. I tell the guy to stop and just take my truck off his flat bed and he laughs in my face and says he’s paid to move it so he’s moving it and using his size at an obvious act of intimidation I had to almost call the cops to get him to put my truck back... then he just drops my truck from about 2ft off the ground breaking my rear fender what seems to be a good twist/bend in my recently restored and up graded frame. Unfortunately it wasn’t built to be droops just built to pull from the back... all in all I would not recommend this company for many different reasons... first of all being they don’t follow proper work instructions and they think they can just do things the way they want to get the job done with no care for your property.

Want your vehicle wrecked??These are the guys you want if so.They send out a flatbed without a working winch to drag your vehicle out of a ditch.They even ignore emails when you ask about the damages they caused.Let alone the tow truck driver asked me to help steer vehicle towards road.Wheel spun out of my hands caught my thumb and nearly broke it.Its severely sprained, after a week I still cannot use my thumb.Costed me $80 the driver was more worried about than my $20,000 Acura MDX +$1200 to get a new rack and pinion and installation.If you like your vehicle CALL A DIFFERENT TOW COMPANY!!!!

The absolute worst option in the area. Rude beyond belief and the most exorbitant fees in the area (by almost 3x). Would not be surprising to see 1000 bad reviews but in the meantime save yourself the headache and avoid this business like the Coronavirus. There must be a reason why so many of the reviews below use the word scam"."

Great customer service, awesome drivers, very very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone in a jam. Locked my keys in my car in a city I was unfamiliar with, Towne towings positive attitude made spending that money not as stressful and acctually left me with a smile on my face. Great business.
