This is the second time i go for my forehead wrinkles injections, Nurse Rose is the best. I am a client forever! I purchased their loyalty card. I always save 10%. I also love the fact that they open late and weekends which works for me.

This is the best clinic for Eyelash Extension. I had been to others in the city, but my friends kept talking about them. I'm delighted with my results and can't wait to send my daughter in a few years. The treatment has been the best I've ever encountered. It is also the cleanest business I have ever visited, which makes you feel good! It's not one of those cheap clinics, but it's also not too expensive.

I called last minute, the receptionist said the nurse is booked on the only day I was available., then 1 hour later, she called me back herself, she took the time to discuss the issue with me over the phone… very considerate! I love how available she sounds. I will be going regularly for Botox TMJ

Overjoyed with the results of the skin resurfacing session I received at Rocaderm Medical! I purchase a luxury package that included A fractional facial and a recovery mask. Oh gosh it helped my skin!!!I still need to return for 2 more sessions before I start ding maintenance only. The equipment they have and the environment under which Rose is running her clinic are amazing! Thank you, Rose!

What a stunning facility Rocaderm has turned out to be! I went there yesterday for dermaplaning Facial. The main clinician is a Registered nurse witch feels like you are getting more for your bucks right ?! and I think she did an excellent job. The outcomes match what she had prior informed me. My face feels more refreshed than ever now that the facial hair is gone.

Rocaderm provided me with the most positive experience. I am pleased with the results of my laser hair removal treatments. The staff is highly respectful and friendly, and the office is clean, professional, and pleasing to the eye. I will always recommend Rocaderm to my friends who are interested in getting the same process. It is WELL WORTH IT!

I love defined eyelashes, but I didn’t want to get extension. I fantasized about the idea that Rose had shared with me about Eyelash Perm, in which she assured me that my lash would become curler and darker. I have been thinking of getting a micro needling treatment for my skin for the past few months, and I came across Rocaderm on Facebook. At first, I was quite nervous because of the pain I had to go through. Nurse Rose explained everything to me, made sure on every step that I felt comfortable. It felt almost painless. I went monthly for 3 sessions. The results were satisfactory, and my skin got to tighten up, which was very loose and dull. I will return soon for other body treatments. Their prices are super competitive!

My experience with RocaDerm was mixed and I don't think I'll be returning. Firstly, I made an appointment for a Tuesday afternoon and three hours before my appointment Rose, the owner who is also a RN, told me she was short-staffed and had to reschedule. Not a problem. After some back and forth we found a time that worked. I go to my new appointment on a Friday, ten minutes early as instructed and the clinic is lovely. Tastefully decorated, clean and well appointed with modern equipment. However, I sat in the lobby for nearly 40 minutes waiting to be seen despite having an appointment. Rose, who is very skilled and very kind, explained she was once again short-staffed. I was once more very understanding and pleased with the service I received. I paid upfront on the day of my appointment for three sessions as part of a promo which included a sauna session. We booked my second session and everything ran smoothly. I booked my final session and due to health reasons had to rebook. I contacted Rose directly the day before my appointment to schedule a new date because I was sick. I was sent an invoice for 30$ for re-booking which I thought was comical considering how flexible I had been previously, but as a woman in business myself I was prepared to pay it since it was part of the policy. Then I ended up unable to attend the new appointment as I was at the hospital (totally unrelated to my experience at RocaDerm). Imagine my surprise when I returned home and saw yet another invoice for the third session which I had already paid for in full in advance. Honestly, I thought I would just lose that payment and I was ok with it since it was my own fault. But to charge me twice for a service I didn't receive, after the rough introduction, isn't good business practice and goes against consumer protection policies in Ontario. While the service itself was professional, hygienic, and effective - The way I was treated as a customer during the whole process was not fair or to a reasonable standard.
