Hights of inefficiency, after spending nearly an hour in selecting various sizes and colors of curtains you're told most of those aren't in stock. Just remove the samples which are out of stock or lable them as out of stock

They've revamped the whole interior of the store. The layout used to be a little busy but it has much better flow now. Seems to have a higher end feel with improved lighting.

EDIT AFTER THEIR REPLY:We hear your claims about the popularity of the smell and music. What you're *repeatedly* failing to understand/address is that the music is too loud and the scent is way too strong; you can keep the signature scent" and music for the "store experience" without it being an assult to people's senses. This store smells strongly of some kind of perfume/chemical. You can sometimes smell it from outside before you even get into the store. Probably best avoided if you have any kind of scent -sensitivity.The selection has also gotten cheaper looking and more generic looking over the years. The new style" of the store has mostly given it narrower

Shop here quite often but my last visit at this store was really disappointing. Customer service has been okay but never this bad … someone needs to train the store manger (old lady with glasses) so she can better assist the customers.This is not how you treat your customers.

Love it here! The updated changes made to make it an experience there is very evident. Love the misted essential oil sent I assume, which they need to sell! But overall love the colour/theme coordinated sections of house accessories and furniture. The staff are very helpful as well for decorating advice.

Decided to pop in Saturday 10th September 2022.Enjoyed taking a look around the store which offers a wide variety of lovely pieces for the home.However, the worst customer service I’ve come across. The two ladies on the shop floor stood there like bodyguards. The cashier was extremely rude with zero customer service experience.

Love this store. They have a great variety of different furniture and decor for your home. They recently renovated it and I think it looks awesome!! The staff is very helpful. Great customer service and experience here.

Was pleased with the range of items available for a store of this size. Lots of neutrals available and as I love colours this was a bit disappointing but I suppose neutrals sell very well. Very helpful and friendly staff. Was able to get an idea of the materials and quality of items since I was mostly shopping online. Great little place. There were some gorgeous solid pattern curtains in jewel tones and the quality was quite good.

Beautiful store, but it STINKS! The strong scent throughout the store totally ruined our shopping experience. It made me and my daughter both sick (and for hours after) as we are sensitive to such things. I recommend that they consider the fact that not all their customers can tolerate strong scents like that and avoid using them. Let me know when it's safe for me to go back!
