Despite it says dine in open its not allowing me to come in and have food. I searched for this with option of dine in as after long hours drive I need to have rest and food.Unfortunatley, staff was rude and they closed doors as they dont want to work during working hours. I JUST SAW IT SAYS 24 HRS OPEN but still they dont wont to work.

Drive through times are insanely long. 20 minutes to wait with three cars . Always out of timbits. Doesn’t serve Chili. Now this morning I’m told they don’t serve herb and garlic cream cheese after waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru. Quite sad and will not go back.

Same as the other Tim in buckingham they don’t listen to your order properly and gives you the wrong order… when there is a big line of people waiting I can understand but today October 19th 22 at 9:30am there was maybe 4 people in the drive through… there is no excuse for this… that’s 4 days this week I go to get breakfast and 4 days I throw it away because it’s not what I want

1:30 in the afternoon. No chili. Only one kind of soup. No bbq sauce for the roast beef sandwich. Extremely long time to get our sandwiches.At least the sandwiches tasted good.

Yesterday I ordered 2 double doubles and a tea I get home all black. Today I go back to get 2 more double doubles and no sugar in both I might as well just make coffee at home

Both my BLTs were burnt and just not edible.The expresso shot was burnt as well and the cookies were stale and probably from a day+ ago.Terrible.

Always seem to be a lot of staff that just stand around and not paying attention to customers. Tim Hortons has gone down hill since an American company took over. The donuts and sandwiches are a shadow of what they used to be. Apple fritters don’t have Apple in them anymore and the donuts are very doughy and seem under baked. There are much better places to get coffee and donuts.
