Stay away from this cleaners; it's not worth dry cleaning your clothes there. I entrusted them with my two Monclair jackets

Very good experience with them in terms of quality and delivery but few things- 1st -they said I will receive a text message once ready for pick up-never got one. 2nd when Winter Jacket given for dry clean they removed fur hood and kept it with them - once we went there again asking for hood they had it kept at secured place - but they should returned it when we pick up the jacket. other wise no complain all stuff ready as promised.

I have a large wardrobe with every type of business garment you can imagine. I've literally used them for every type of garment simply because of the price vs quality. It is not best in class, however it delivers good service without steep pricing.

Horrible experience I gave them an Indian outfit a few weeks ago and they completely ruined it. It came back with huge stains on the front and back of my outfit that weren't there before. Gave it back to be corrected and it came back the same. Owner was rude and defensive on the phone. They completely ruined it and can't be worn again. Would not go to them again worst experience.

They will ruin your stuff but refuse a refund. Stay away please.

I gave them an Indian top to clean, picked it up and it had a huge stain that was never there before. Asked them to do it again twice, and it’s still there. I have a feeling they didn’t even try. No money back, and my top is completely ruined. Will not be going there again.

Quick, professional service. Dry cleaned some of my wife's work clothes. Clothes cleaned and returned at the requested time. Prices in line with other dry cleaners I've used.

Do not come to this place, they do not know what they are doing and will not respond for damages. I brought my winter boots for a zipper repair and instead my boots were damaged. I spoke to the owner who told me they do not issue refunds and that she did not have my money to give back to me because they take the shoes elsewhere for repair. Not only was I not given a refund, but I don't even know if they can be repaired and they are $800 winter boots. I will take them to my old shoe repair spot at Bayview Village (far but they are professionals). The way they handled the situation was extremely extremely unprofessional and I feel robbed. My husband also came to speak to them and nothing was resolved. They do not care about their customers, it's all about money here.
