Spent 45 minutes (seriously).. waiting in the drive-thru line up today! This Starbucks is usually on the slower side.. but 45 minutes is absolutely unacceptable. When I spoke with the staff at the drive-thru window & asked what the issue was with the insane wait time, she mumbled that they had a lot of 'mobile orders' to deal with. Well how about you get a couple staff working on that.. and a couple staff working on drive-thru??! It's not rocket science people. At the very least.. a staff member could have come out to the drive-thru to provide water or an explanation to all the drivers who had to wait for 45 minutes! My kids were literally getting burnt sitting in the car for so long.. even with our AC blasting, it was unpleasant to say the least. Upon my telling the staff this.. another staff at the window suggested that my kids could have gotten out of the car to run around" during the wait time. Seriously? Run around where exactly... the parking lot?? Or on the road where traffic is racing by?? Clearly she was in another dimension or doesn't have kids..because it was a very ignorant suggestion. When it was finally my turn to collect my order - it was free. But was it worth the 45 minute wait? Nope. I will not be returning to this place.. too disorganized

I'm usually a customer of a different coffee place but got a gift card. I showed up knowing nothing about how or what the hell to order. Shout out to Justin, he's killing it on customer service in the drive through. Just a sweet and lovely person. This location is lucky to have such a wonderful employee!

To the ladies working Saturday, December 31st between 5:30am-9:30am(ish)I came back to the island yesterday after leaving for about a year, and this morning at Starbucks was my first human interaction with anyone since being here.I walked into the restaurant with such a negative demeanour and walked out with the total opposite. After I left the restaurant, I started to cry for a good 20 minutes because of how sweet they were to me and how nice they treated me. I’m used people being very nasty and rude towards me.I am going through a lot and really struggling at the moment, with a plethora of different things and I was so close to giving up until this morning. They may think their kindness was a small gesture or goes unnoticed - it doesn’t. It moved mountains for me. I am so thankful that team was working that morning because I was not in a good place, mentally.I didn’t get their names before leaving and I wish I had so I could make sure they get recognized for their outstanding customer service.Thank you girls for making today a lot easier and being who you are. Thank you Starbucks for scheduling them today, and thank you google for making it possible to write this.

When a customer asks for a drink in a bigger cup so that there is room for extra whip, and there is Clearly not extra whip, don't make excuses please and give the Paying customer a hard time. Just learn to follow directions. (One person, one time) Most of the staff here are Excellent!

Staff are very friendly, but I just paid almost $30 and had to wait almost 40 mins to get 3 drinks and a sandwich. The one drink (cappuccino) was only half full. And my turkey sandwich was extreamly dry. If I'm going to pay this much for drinks/food, i want good food, I don't want them to be only half full and wait that long. We should of atleast been warned about how long the wait is.

It's always lovely to see flowers as a table centerpiece of a coffee shop. An extra touch of Spring makes this location one of my favorites.

The drive thru is always 5-8 cars long, but inside it's nice and fast service. Simple stuff like americanos and drip is always good, and their speciality coffees are great too. They have seating and washrooms. Lots of beans, tea, mugs and tumblers for sale here.

Employees are super friendly! Always makes me feel at ease when ordering my ridiculous trenti cold brews with 7 pump vanilla and extra foam. The drive through is a hit or miss with it being busy but always worth it because I only got my order wrong once:)
