There are two main staff members I have dealt with here. One of them is the rudest person I've had to deal with in terms of customer service in a long time! She is always dismissive, doesn't answer questions properly and talks extremely rudely. Very unpleasant having to deal with her.

I went there to complete a mail forwarding, staff claimed they could not do it and to call customer support, after 45 min waiting for customer support, they told me it can ONLY be done in store. Horrible service.

Have never waited less than 45 minutes to get or send a package. Staff has no training and even less desire to be working. This location needs to get new staff that understands the process. If I could give 0 stars I would.
