5 stars all the way around to Ryan and the rest of the Brooks Tire team. Whenever myself, family or friends need anything tire related this is the place to go! Amazing rates, amazing work, and an amazing happy team. My family has been using Brooks Tire my entire life and we have never had anything short of exceptional service. Was in a jam 400km from home with a trailer I just bought in tow, tires dry rotted and leaking. They had 3 cars in the bays, and dropped everything the were doing and all 3 employees went to work and had me back on the road with brand new tires on the 1970s death trap trailer we pulled in with in 20 minutes. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend. A+!

Absolutely amazing service. I had an appointment that I had to leave Chatham by 1:30. I had a flat and bent rim. I showed up to Brooks with not much time to spare and the crew there took care of it! Amazing rates! Thanks Ryan

I seemingly have terrible luck with my tires meeting screws, but it’s great to know Ryan and the team at Brooks will sort me out every single time. Quick service, fair prices, and honest work. These guys are spot on every time.

Needed an emergency tire repair, and although they were extremely busy, I was in and out and safely on my way in about an hour. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Terrible service, I dropped my car off and came back 3 hours later, tires were not changed, was told they don't do manual cars. Apparentlyno one could move the car into the shop. I drove it into the bay and then waited another hour for the tires to be changed. When I got the car home I looked it over and noticed they put two of the rotational tires on the wrong side, so back I went. They could not change them at this time wanted me to wait another half hour before they could fix their mistake. Needless to say I was not happy and expressed this. The owners response was then don't come back. I brought the car home and had to change the tires myself. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!. THEY ARE A TIRE SHOP AND THEY CAN'T EVEN PUT ROTATIONAL TIRES ON THE CORRECT SIDES OF A VEHICLE. I don't know maybe I'm expecting to much?
