Can’t respond to the reply on my original so I’ll leave another review from a different account. My google review was responded to in ONE hour but our emails and phone calls have had no response for days. We contacted the notary representing the buyer and she has taken time out of her day to write emails to get our money back. The notary we actually paid (lake Country notary) is telling us to hit bricks. Please go anywhere else for your notary services people.

Used this notary because it was local and it would save the 30 minute trip to vernon or kelowna. Ended up spending days sending emails and making calls for mistakes they made and just said “the other notary sent us the information” and “well you shouldn’t have signed it. Lost $10k for their mistakes and spent $1k for them to do a complete mess of a job and take zero responsibility. When we met the notary to do the signing she seemed to have no idea what’s he was talking about and was scratching stuff up while we were signing it. Of course you can’t change notary’s status the last second of a real estate deal. Just make the trip to Kelowna!!!

I used Kathrynn’s services a few months ago and had a horrible experience with her. I found her to be rude, and terrible with follow-up issues. I would highly recommend seeking out an alternative notary, and I don’t seem to be alone in my opinions.
