Dr. Soo was incredibly unprofessional. He berated me on why my doctor would send me to him. Was extremely condescending. Did no physical exam or any exam whatsoever and then in the report to my doctor lied and said he did (among other things). I strongly urge anyone sent to Dr.Soo to get a different rheumatologist. He is young, arrogant and you may end up worse off than when you went to him.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Jason Soo yesterday, and am looking forward to the next! He was very professional. He answered all of my questions, and was very thorough. Seems to be a great doctor to me!

Dr.Soo is extremely unprofessional. I was referred to him from another specialist. He had his student Dr do everything then basically took 5 min and told me (without reviewing my history from a number of extremely good specialist) that my ongoing medical problems are do to my weight. I tried to explain he was wrong that there is something more going on . He basically dismissed me and told me to look at my calorie intake. Had me in tears with his lack of respect for patients. Very young, arrogant and zero bed side manner.I suggest you avoid him at all costs if hoping to get health concerns resolved.

Dr Soo is an outstanding rheumatologist. If you want to see a thorough professional who will listen to you, explain and educate you and provide excellent patient care - this is your guy.

I love my Dr at this clinic! I really wish the chairs were more comfortable though. Waiting quickly turns quite painful here and I'm usually waiting at least an hour to see my Dr. You'd think that a clinic that deals with chronic pain and rheumatic disease that they would have comfort in mind for their patients.

Not to be a jerk, but the reception staff for Dr Soo is abysmal. They never answer my calls, they never call back when they say they will, and they never actually put my appointments into Dr Soo's schedule. Last time I was on the phone, the receptionist said she would book me in and never did! I only found out several weeks later when I got a call from a different receptionist asking why I no-showed for a previous appointment (which, again, I called and cancelled but I guess the receptionist didn't mark it in).Trying to book an appointment here has been extremely frustrating and has delayed my care and opportunity to deal with my health issues. Because the receptionist didn't actually put my appointment into the system, I wasn't able to book an appointment until over a month later. I can't emphasize enough how much of a pain it's been to try and deal with admin here, and I am generally a pretty patient person when it comes to this stuff.*edit* I tried calling back again after a few days and going straight to voicemail only to get sent straight to voicemail again. Couldn't leave a message this time because the inbox was full. Is there any admin staff here or??

Dr. Soo will cancel your appointment and cancel any patient services if you have to consistently have to cancel appointments due to being an Immunocomprosmised patient during this Covid-19 pandemic. He will expect you to come into the Plaza Centre. Mt partner who is a renal transplant patient will be reporting this to the College of Physicians, University Renal staff, and provincial health. My recommendation is to find an alteranate office regardless of whether it is Dr. Soo you or not. His office policy is not acceptable to Health practices and safety to covid-19 precautions - especially to immunocompromised clients. Please spread the word"

My daughter went in to see Dr Jason Soo. I was really impressed with the way he handled my daughter. He made a very good investigation & follow up. Was not in a rush at all. He even went out of his way to find out more information about a less painful Humira injection. KEEP IT UP DR SOO.

Abysmal service right from the RUDE B*T**Y receptionist ( she needs to quit; as she obviously hates her job and patients) this continues straight to DR. D together they couldn't care less if they tried. They don't return calls, major issues trying to get them to do the BASICS of their job. No patient care or empathy at all. Dr. D is too busy trying to chase titles than actually being a competent DR. Run don't walk to anyone else.
