DO NOT BUY! Anything from this place is a scam. They said what we wanted was back ordered and a wait time of 6 months which was initially a wait time of 1-2 months. Any time they were contacted, there wouldn’t be a response. Credit card company contacted them and within a week, got the money back. They’re a scam. Be warned. Perhaps they sell to their friends/family but not a random stranger. Don’t buy

I decided to place an order for the children's ride on jeep despite some of the negative reviews. The man that I dealt with was quick to respond when I called him and re-assured me that the product would be delivered in a timely manner. I received the package within 7 days (including the weekend). It was straight forward to put together and works as it should. I love the remote control option since my son is younger and hasn't quite figured out the pedal & steering. He absolutely loves the ride and it puts a smile on our faces every single time. I definitely recommend this product. Great price, great service and will hopefully last for years! Thank you Top Tech Factory.

I bought the black Range Rover for my grandson who just turned two and he absolutely loves it!! It has lights, music and working doors that he manages with ease!! This particular model fits two children easily which I really wanted so he can ride with a friend if he wishes! My experience with this company has been great! I didn’t realize I needed an appointment and they totally went out of their way to accommodate me which I really appreciated! They were knowledgeable about their product and answered all my questions! It was also really important that I supported a local company not just an unknown off of Amazon! Great work TopTech Factory!!

Ordered two 24V ride ons, they were delivered quickly and with care no damage to packaging nor cars inside". Items matched the description on the website

BUYER BEWARE!! This company was great right up until we started having issues with the vehicle, which was as soon as it was opened from the box. The dune buggy has been nothing but problems, from electrical issues straight out the box to suspension breaking after less than a handful of uses. They are terrible to get a hold of, no one EVER answers the phone, any communication is done through text/email and that’s IF you can get a response. They have sent us multiple replacement parts (Most of which looked used and scratched and also don’t work) the electrical issues only keep getting worse. At this point I feel like we got a lemon. Having to constantly track them down and nag and nag to get a response is absolutely ridiculous and beyond frustrating when you combine it with the poor quality product. There are so many companies that offer similar products, my advice would be to shop there!

Brutal. Company is painful to deal with and disorganised. Just stopped by to see if I could get a ride on fixed. This seems to be the supplier for Elite Custom Designz who also takes no ownership of the products they sell. What a mess and a waste of money. Not to mention massively disappointing for children. Go elsewhere, much better products and companies in Toronto and Canada

This place is absolutely horrible. They truly do not have intentions of following through with their promises, or simply don’t care. I ordered a car for my son in May and paid in full. At the time of purchase, they answered calls, texts, emails and were so happy to take our money. That’s where their ‘customer service’ ended. It’s mid July and I just received a full refund after literally weeks of unanswered calls, texts, emails, messages. This was not a simple process and I’m glad I got my money back. I do not recommend purchasing from this company to anyone EVER! I spoke to someone by the name of Abdul who said the company was robbed and that’s why they’ve been out of touch. I simply don’t believe it as they hadn’t communicated appropriately since the time of purchase. I had someone else call to see if they were still selling and Abdul was quick to rhyme off a list of ride on cars they happened to have in stock. Save yourself the run around and go somewhere else. If I could give no stars, I would.

DO NOT ORDER!! We purchases a 24V Spade XXL. It did arrive...despite many delays. The Battery was an immediate issue....max 25minutes...the front steering column and frame has broke at each wheel...and now 3 of 4 gears motors have stripped sprokets....This stuff is junk...and there is no response from Top Tech. Not to text or emails...No warranty...Nothing....The worst part is I bought this for my son who is unable to Walk on his own...this was his mobility to be outside and do something fun without having to crawl....He is beyond destroyed that his 'Gator' is junk.

I shopped around for a couple months before making an informed decision of where to buy my grandson his “first” car! Lol he is 5 and I wanted to get him something that would last a few years and he’d be able to grow into. All I really knew is I wanted to get 24 volt model. I came across Top Tech Factory’s web site and noticed they had this amazing selection to choose from…with free delivery as well! I didn’t know which one to pick so I called them and left a message. My call was promptly returned. After discussing which vehicle would be best suited for a five year old as to the features weight limits size etc, I decided to go with the 2022 UTV XXL | 24V Battery & Quad 4x4 | Large Two Seats. You even get a 10% discount to apply at the checkout! I spoke with a member of their team today and he assured me it would be shipped out on Monday. I am having it shipped directly to my daughters house and my grandson will be so thrilled! My only sad part is I am unable to see his reaction in person due to the pandemic. I have had an amazing experience dealing with the sales staff of Top Tech Factory, I know if I have any more grandchildren I will not hesitate to order from there again.IThank you Top Tech Factory for you time, patience and expertise …you’re the best!Cindy SUpdate after receiving product
