Sent a letter out to everyone saying the basketball net has to be removed from the basketball court. It’s not my net but whoever was kind enough to leave it there allows everyone to use it. why does it have to be removed? it’s ridiculous. if it has to be removed, put the one that was originally there back.

Horrible corrupt management company. We have been bullied by another unit and we received letters. The husband tells us to go back to our country. The wife talks about her hatred for kids with disabilities. Cannon Greco will not help you, they will let people bully you. They will Condone obnoxious behavior. I believe and it's been said by other properties that they do not like families. So yes stay away. Yes unit 15 we are aware your a bully and canon Greco will support you.

It was the worst condominium management serivce I have ever had. They charged expensive fee with less work done evey month. And once they found something wrong about the exterior of the property, just asked you to do it. In the other side, they charge you when you don't follow their spontaneously rules.

not happy with the service. Been waiting almost a month for them to repair an issue in my condo. Have to call them multiple times a day to just receive an update. When its you doing something for them it must be handled right away or else you get fined. When they are doing the job they can take their time with no repercussions. I leave voicemails and emails asking for my property manager to call me back but she doesnt care.

I was unaware fees were owing a couple months after our place was built and was told by the bookkeeper Shawna, and I quote, that's not our responsibility". Can you imagine? They just want your money. That's they're responsibility. They are the worst. Do NOT have your condo hire them. Get on the board and get them OUT!!!!"

Horrible service. I've left ton and tons of voice mails, emails, texts. Trying to get my bathroom fixed that has water damage over a year and a half ago. Your never kept in the loop, they avoid fixing anything at all that they should already be paying for. It's been a year and a half with mold and water damage in my bathroom and nothing's been done. Almost at the point of going to the condominium authority tribunal with this as it is not a safe living place. 0 stars if I could
