Always has a large selection of items and clothing. Great customer service. The staff is friendly, approachable, and helpful. It's definitely worth a visit.

Popped in store today and was shocked & dismayed regarding the prices on everything. For 2nd, 3rd, 4th hand items you cannot possibly charge people the same price as if buying brand new. So disappointed as I am an avid vintage shopper, but will not be back to any value village as this is strictly for profit, I do not feel comfortable handing over my personal pieces unless it is for non profit. The owner should be ashamed. I saw items that still had Homesense price tags on and they were selling them for close original price.Hopefully people stop shopping there, as there are so many non profit places that are far more reasonable and the quality far greater.

I'd rather buy second hand than new, but I'm not going to pay more than the original price. I don't know how they justify charging this much on merchandise they get for free, especially given that they also pay their employees $hi† wages.

The store is clean and well organized. Unfortunately the pricing leaves a lot to be desired. They get everything as a donation then charge almost retail price for you to buy it. They no longer have changing rooms and only offer exchange for other products in the store. Then to top it off they expect you to check yourself out now too.

Amazing finds here. Service is slow. I think they have one person there at a time other then that good shop for your buck

Hit up a couple value village stores this weekend. Had no idea there was a coupon promo going on (30% off 50$ spent) until I went to another location after this visit. The clerk was telling customers at checkout about this promo. However at this location, the staff were too busy talking with each other and laughing. Your prices have gone up so at least have your staff doing the same where there is a promo. Thats good customer service. Also there was not much stock of women’s clothes during my visit.

Clean, spacious, good selection of a variety of goods, some of the stuff in showcase is priced a bit too high though. Run of the mill media section, nice books and houseware.

This value village has easily been my most frequented thrift store I can’t lie, but THE PRICES ARE CRAZY?! I found a hand made vest I really wanted but it was $15,,, they didn’t even make it. I would have paid $75 for the vest from the actual creator but value village? A full corporation just capitalizing off of others work??? They should have made it their base price since there is no way of actually deciding how much it is worth. I have never been one to say “they got it for free it should be cheap” I worked at a thrift store for 5 years but really? $11.99 was the cheapest thing in my hand that day, I had plain t-shirts for more?! I do not blame the workers or even the pricers, I blame the people who make the goals of this store to hit so high the prices have to be even higher.

Terrible. I had come in here after a long while. Service is awful. The coupon is so limiting on their Black Friday sale for only clothes. When I tried to apply it the lady at the cashier was short and didn't explain what the limitations were until someone else came. Then I went to my car to find the coupon and when I came back the other girl at the cash said they're closed now even though there were customers cashing out. Just terrible experience overall and I drive from Hamilton.Edit: after several months I decided to go back. Luckily the girl that I had the bad experience with was no longer there. The staff now are pleasant and helpful. Still quite pricey considering items are donated but I have found a number of good items that are still a fraction of what you pay brand new (although you can find items with tags on them still). I am glad that the unpleasantries have been addressed as I think customers are your best asset in improving business.

This place is amazing. They always have a wide selection of clothing, furniture, decor, and kitchenware for a fraction of the original price, and they also have an expansive collection of cds, cassettes, old dvds, and books, which is the section I spend most of my time in.
