I had a very positive experience working for Thrive as a program manager this past Summer. Thrive enthusiastically supports your growth as a leader. I found co workers to have a great attitude about the long summer days in the sun with kids which made it all worth it! The organization as a whole has admirable and selfless priorities: safety, fun, and helping kids Thrive!
