They didn't have a clue what I needed, she doesn't seem to know the difference between a semi truck and a semi trailer, and I eventually said just cancle what we are doing I am out of time to do it. I miss the days when autopac agents knew what to do without needing to ask

I called in for hours of operation and to see if I could submit a claim for the winter tire program as their location is very close to my job. A younger girl answered the phone and denied my request saying that I have to go through the original purchaser. I went to another insurance broker and my claim was completed in 15 minutes. Very poor customer service...

My mom went here today and was there at 6:20pm but was told to go home to grab some papers and come back. She got back at 6:50pm and she was denied entry by one of the co-workers there because he had a chiropractor appointment. She drove 20mins back and forth just to be rejected at the door even though she was there before closing and the other employees said they were happy to help her. As everyone knows, insurance renewal is very time sensitive, the co-worker could have just told her that she wouldn't have enough time when she got and that she should go elsewhere. This was a very stressful situation for my mom and we will never be going back.

Great service and staff that work with you to find the best product at fair and competitive prices. I learned that my elderly and disabled dad didn't report his new address correctly and it impacted his apartment insurance renewal. It's a condition of his lease agreement to have it in place and he almost lost his ability to renew, and his apartment! Pam and her team worked with the insurance provider on his file way more than they should have had to and made sure his insurance was in place. I can't thank them enough for their professionalism and their compassion.

Friendly staff but they are not open evenings or Sundays which would be convenient. There often seems to be a wait for service if you go near the end of their business hours.

Poor experience, doubled insurance price at last minute. Went to another company and they resumed better coverage at same cost or half of what Winnipeg quoted and stating best price!!!
