They responded urgently for a medical situation with my mom in Barrhaven where we needed to get into her place to help her. The technician was polite and caring in how he helped and the price was very affordable. I highly recommend them. Professional,effective, kind, responsive and reasonably priced!

Worst customer service i have ever received in Canada. The lady doesn’t know anything about business. She kept yelling at customer without listening. She needs to learn manners, how to speak with customers. Overall, never recommend to anyone in future.

Wow. Talk about customer service. Lost our Subaru key. Was going to take days for the dealership, and we were going to have to tow our car there... so called Key It Locks. They did the service at our house, and programmed a new OEM key in less than 24 hours for far less $. Not only that, but there were technical challenges that required the technician to leave and return twice, and no extra charge.

Above and beyond service !! We had an emergency on Christmas evening needing a locksmith. Key It Locks, arrived in 10 minutes ! They expertly solved the problem. I was amazed. Other locksmiths we contacted didn't seem interested in helping or did not return our calls but Key It Locks came to our rescue!!

3 days ago I've had bad experience with this shop. I went to get a copy of my car key and they gave me a key that doesn't work! Doesn't lock/unlock or turn the ignition on. The guy kept going back and forth between his shop and the car at the end he said they key work but sticky". The original key was running smooth though.This shop will not admit that the problem is theirs. Some excuses:- "the locks need to be replaced to fit the new keys"- "The ignition need to be replaced

Went to several places to get post office box key copied...all without success. This fellow was determined to get the job done. On the 3rd visit.... SUCCESS! Kudos to doing what it takes to get the job done right
