I had two surgeries with Dr Thompson. She is very knowledgeable, extremely caring, honest and very professional. I had gyno surgery first time and had tummy tuck yesterday. She gives you realistic expectations unlike another surgeon I dealt with. She is an outstanding surgeon. Office staff and nurses are amazing too. Overall everyone is friendly and I highly recommend.

Nothing against Doc in my rating. I paid consultation fee and waited a long time for call for surgery then Covid hit. No calls after when it reopened. I did the follow up and reception/management said that I had to redo and repay a consultation fee because it had been more than 2 years. No changes in my case in 2 years so unfortunately took the decision to go elsewhere. I refuse to pay twice for same service at same location. Unfortunately it was a reception/management decision.

I am giving 4 stars for the services of my BBL provided by my technician Melissa . She was kind and very professional. But I would give no stars to the service as far as Incognito MediSpa management . They were to deduct the consultation fees as they had stated would happen at my first appointment. I followed the timeline of booking my appointment provided from the Spa and they would not honor (wavering this amount). It was very disappointing and expensive , and I will not be returning because of this. I will go elsewhere for any follow-ups. I was not the only person that was effected by this management decision. Poor customer service.

I had a breast augmentation on June 30th with Dr. Germain, he is very professional, he listens to you and strives to get the results you are hoping for!! I trusted his opinion and am so happy I did, he surpassed my expectations! I am day 4 post op and I LOVE my results so far!!! I would highly recommend Dr. Germain, he and his staff are AMAZING! And very knowledgeable!! Thank you for making this soon to be 50 year old a very happy lady!!

Had an amazing experience at Incogneto medi spa. Dr.Germain performed a gorgeous breast reconstruction that over a year post op feel like they have always belonged. Nursing staff was friendly and helpful. You really feel guided every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend

This clinic is top notch. Clean, professional, knowledgeable staff. I had a surgery with Dr. Germain. Couldn't be happier with the results. He took the time to explain everything, never rushed. Their nursing staff is simply amazing. Their OR room is fully equipped and very modern. Just WOW!
