I took my CPR classes here about 2 times and it was excellent every time. It was entertaining to hear the interesting stories from the instructor who was a former paramedic and made it easy to learn everything.

I took my OFA level 2 course in this location with instructor Kris. She's very easy to communicate to, knowledgeable and made us learning and having fun in the same time. A lot of information, studying, practicing for one week but also a lot of jokes, laughs and new friends. Thank you, Kris and the rest of the group!

Really enjoyed their two-day standard first aid course. Trainer was highly knowledgeable and shared some amazing stories and insights. He covered a lot of content while keeping the class fun and interactive. Given the growing popularity of hiking, I wish St. Johns offered more Wilderness first aid courses.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I had a class today (Emergency First Aid for Industry [OFA Level 1]). When I entered in the morning before my class, the front desk lady told me that I should have a medical mask. I didn’t, so they made me buy one. However, when I entered the class, my instructor told us that wearing mask is optional and throughout the class, we NEVER wore a mask. So, after my class, I told the front desk lady that I don’t understand why I had to pay for mask when it was optional. She and another lady who was in the back literally laughed and said “You can bring it home then!” I really don’t understand why I had to pay for something optional. The price of the mask was only $2.10 but what makes me furious is the fact that they didn’t care and laughed and said I could bring it home and they couldn’t refund it. It is literally illegal to do this! Why should I PAY for something optional?! And why didn’t they admit that it was either their fault or the instructor’s fault? It was really unpleasant and unprofessional and I would call their customer service because I can’t accept it and it’s totally unacceptable and unprofessional.

Pretty good place to take CPR class. Friendly instructor with a lot of relevant stories to share. The only reason I didn't give 5 star, which is kind of nitpicking. But the liquid soap got a sort of putrid burnt scent that I find repulsive, and this is one of the few rare occasion that I find liquid soap so unpleasant, that I felt I should at least mention it. If that doesn't bother you then by all means, take your CPR class here.
