Great service. Short wait of 7-10 min to get inside and get some fresh grass seed. They scooped me a 10kg bag; while I waited an informed staff member mentioned the merits of two different backpack sprayers so I picked up the Husqvarna as the seals and strap padding seemed far superior. Lots of plants and garden tools. Check them out! 0u

Great place to find a wide variety of items for farm and yard. There's often a wait of a couple of minutes to get assistance at the counter but they're a small business and I'm happy to wait for good service.They offer a discount on gloves if they're bought for work which is a nice littler perk. I wish they were open Mondays but I get that they need to be open Sat. and want a full weekend.Great store all around.

Absolutely fantastic customer service. Christine is knowledgeable, helpful, and went above and beyond to help me when I reached out entirely clueless about what I needed.

I live and work in the Gulf Islands and have always gotten good service at Integrity, but they need to put a phone in the saw shop.If I'm running a tight schedule revolving around ferry times, I don't have time to leave a message and wait for the return call. For that reason I've gotten my last 3 Husqavarna's from Fitz Walkers instead.That said, when I'm in there, the staff is always helpful and I would gladly buy my equipment there if I were able to speak to someone directly about it.

We have done business with Integrity for over twenty years. Over that period of time the serving staff have occasionally come up short. Very occasionally. However the core values of this store are rock solid. Recently we left our venerable chain with them for a winter tune up. When I called for it I was notified that they had had a theft and that our chainsaw left with the burglars. I prepared myself for the usual dodge and weave tactic which almost all retailers adopt when they have to resolves a problem for which they are completely responsible. No such thing occurred with Integrity. They accepted full responsibility in spite of the fact their insurance did not cover the theft. We were given a beautiful, new,up graded chain saw along with extra cans of chainsaw fuel. All this was done with curtsey. We thank the entire staff at Integrity for all their good work over the years, and assure them we appreciate their Integrity.

Never been here before, never really knew it was here. Looks like a great place, they even sell soil. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was looking for a gas cap. They didn't have what I was looking for , but were able to find one on a broken machine and I got it for a REALLY good price!

We purchased a demo shredder from Integrity Sales November 6, 2021 as they did not have one in stock and I was anxious to do some light shredding. It was discovered when we got it home that it had such badly damaged blades that it would not even shred leaves and Integrity Sales agreed to replace both blades at no cost to us.We waited over 8 months for the blades to arrive due to supply issues affecting many businesses all the while not being able to use the shredder. Once the blades came in, my husband tried to remove the damaged blades but could not get them off.He took the machine to Integrity Sales for them to repair and after another month of waiting, my husband went to see them as we now had not been able to use the shredder for over 9 months. When my husband spoke to the manager, they agreed to give us a new replacement machine at no additional cost to us. We both thought that this was amazing customer service as we felt the issues were outside of their control.I have used the shredder multiple times since we got it home and could not be more pleased with the job it does on my garden trimmings. Kudos to Integrity Sales for standing behind the products they sell and their thoughtful customer service.Also want to mention that this little business has a lot of super landscape and hobby farm supplies. I am glad we found them

TERRIBLE SERVICE. After having to retire a Honda mower, purchased from a big box store, that lasted me over 15 years, I decided to purchase a Husqvarna from here. Was told it's a very high quality mower that came with a 3 year warranty. After 2 years, the mower stopped working so I brought it in for repairs. After all, it's still under warranty and they sold me the product. Was told to call back in two days to find out the status (shouldn't they call me?). Have been calling for a week now and leaving messages with no response. When I do get to talk to someone their response is I recognize your voice

I consistently get poor service whenever I go there. Staff at the till often ignore customers and aren't very friendly or welcoming. I've also had poor experiences getting soils loaded into my truck. The wait time once was over 20 minutes and I had to keep asking if the person loading had forgotten about me. I'll shop here only if there is a great deal on an item but when I can help it I go elsewhere.
