SU KARAOKE BAR
I didn't like the place. The only thing I appreciated was the servers. The setup is small rooms (it got hot and steamy) with two microphones, and a console and large display, all in Korean with a translating chart. I am a boomer, and couldn't find any songs I would have liked to sing (Dylan, etc.). They sell alcoholic drinks, sodas and some snacks. I had fun because I was with friends, but it was in spite of the place, not thanks to it.

The short girl that works there is so disrespectful….why does she pretend to not speak Korean ? When she fully speaks Korean ? She is also so cold to customers, I regret ever tipping her and her coworkers even when they didn’t serve us. It was just counter service. There was no 서비스 / bonus time added even when we went at two hours before closing…I’ll probably go here again for convenience but it is definitely not for the service/workers.

Staffs are friendly but the price is definitely on the higher end. We were about to visit another Karaoke place near by but unfortunately the other place was full. The price at this location is almost doubled compared to the one we visited before this one.Besides, my girlfriend ordered drinks and she said the drinks seems to contain less liquors compares it should be.Overall I’ll give it a 3 star as the staffs are friendly. But the price is not the best, besides their bench is wooden bench, fyi.

I loved our experience here, the staff is really friendly and rates are good. You'll definitely have a fun time as a group.Note: If you can't read Korean, ask for some advice on how to operate the karaoke remote and how to work the system.

It was lots of fun, however it has no AC for small spaces (8 people for a medium room).Great selection of several languages (we did JPN and ENG) but not everything.Also you can't use the search screen while a Japanese song is playing.Drinks are a little pricey but delicious.The photo booth section is cute and fun though! It's located downstairs next to the bathrooms

I came here a lot, close to my house and my workplace so I always bring my friends here if we’re around the area. They have a great karaoke system (same like any korean karaoke place) but needs more songs list. I would give 5 starts if the employee was nicer. The guys are usually nice but there’s this girl, she’s pretty rude. She didn’t allow us to do split bills and she’s also not too friendly as well.

Rude racist employees, they have a deal from 6-9 walk in and they tell me deal ends at 8:30 despite there menus and policy saying till 9pm on weekdays. When we tried to extend our time they said we couldn’t pay because a bigger group was coming, even though there workers on shift were chilling in a room. They wanted to kick out paying customers that were not there ethnicity. Speaking disrespect in their own language infront of us and brushing us off. Will not be returning horrible management. If you tell your customers that we can add more time and try too but tell them they can’t is rude and horrible management.

I would NOT recommend this place. Go down the street to Bar+!!!Called ahead to ask if there was space. Was told there was a room available at 9:40, I said no problem and asked if we could make a reservation. They said no need and to just show up at 9. We did, and by the time they got there they said they didn’t have a room available until 10. They also said they didn’t DO reservations over the phone because they needed a deposit, which is no biggie, but why not be transparent on the phone and tell us that? Didn’t get to see any of the establishment so I can’t comment on rooms or karaoke or anything. Absolutely disappointed that I have to write this as I was just trying to have a good night with my friends.
