Signage between the north and south sides of the station could be improved. I got off the bus on the north lot and had a hard time finding my way around. A simple sign indicating where the kiss & go would go a long way for someone unfamiliar.

Lots of parking. No staff whenever I have gone there but easy to get around and get on a train. Washrooms are available in the station and they are decent. Depends on the season but usually lots of departure times throughout the day to Toronto and back.

Parking okay. Needs more shelters. Nice old train station. GO transit could use with more frequent trains.

Very historic and original station building. The station has adequate parking for current transit ridership but will need tweaks in the future. The tunnel from the south lot needs to be extended to the north lot rather than just the platform as it would save many time from walking all the way around the platform and would reduce the number of illegal track crossings. There should also be heated stops at each end of the station for those waiting on rides or buses as the station building hours are sparse.

Cute little station. Ample parking (free).When you get to Georgetown from Mt Pleasant the view is just stunning.

Desolate, cold, ghost town. This is the perfect place to have an existential crisis. Rarely staffed, signage is limited, updated train schedules are difficult to find. Two parkinglots, both inaccessible to wheelchair users from the platform.This place is one power outage from being wholly abandoned.

Waited 1.5 hrs for a go bus that never pulled into the station. Finally we and another couple ended up chasing the 3rd bus down an adjacent road to a stop further down the road. Website needs to be MUCH clearer regarding stops in Georgetown. The fact that it happened to 2 groups of people at the same time indicates a problem.

Easy, clear directions on where to go to use a GO Bus or a GO Train. Train has a 5 minute wait time, so there is leeway for that, phew!
