Staff at Helios made my day, I had no clue what is a compounding pharmacy until the doctor said I need to get a compounding prescription for my son, and preferably ASAP.Called Helios in the morning and explained my situation, they had the prescription ready within hours! I believe they don’t normally take retail customers like this, they may have made an exception for me to calm a worrying parent, the whole process was frictionless! Truly surprised by their outstanding service and professionalism.

I am not one to leave reviews but I felt so inclined after my interaction with Erin. Not only did she make me feel comfortable in explaining the injections I was prescribed but was professional and friendly at the same time! Kudos to her!!

They really went out of their way to help me. They routed me to a local Pharmacy which handled all the paperwork and Helios sent my son's eye drops very quickly in a temperature controlled box..They don't even deal with direct customers but they were kind enough to give me details on how to go about the process.This was a great experience as compared to another compounding pharmacy which used Fedex and took 2 weeks for something which should be in a temp controlled box.Very nice , kind people !!!Another update !!It was not a one off experience, I'm writing this after seeing them being consistent every time for the past few months.It was not just one person or a 1 one off incident which was gr8 , their whole team is super fast. I think their culture is different. Reminds me of a F1 pit stop crew:-)Whoever is running the show over there knows what he/she is doing !!
