Mandi is the BEST!Look no further!A skilled perfectionist who takes meticulous care with her clients!I am 100% happy with my brows and as I am also a perfectionist I am a hard customer to please!I fully expected to find some detail that I would feel the need to touch up, but I have not once touched my brows with an eyebrow pencil since being done!The colour match and shape are perfect!They healed quickly and easily after following Mandi's tried and true aftercare instructions.If you are on the fence about getting your brows done like I was, do it!Everyday I wake up and see my brows in the mirror and it makes me happy! I never have to worry about drawing them on or if they are wearing off part way through the day.Worth every penny!I wish everything was such an easy fix! Lol

My experience of getting a permanent eyeliner by Mandy has been totally awesome. Since the beginning itself she briefed me about the whole process and made me aware of the pros and cons of it. Advised me precisely about the after care and provided me with the ointment/ antiseptic for topical application. Mandy’s is truly and artist. She not only made sure that the eyeliner came up to be exactly how I wanted but also took care that it didnt pain me much. She has got indeed tender hands which make the whole process very smooth. I would use the word “clinical” for her expertise in the art. I am very happy and recommend her to everyone who reads this review.

I've been getting my eyebrows tattooed for almost 20 years now and have seen many people. I've had good experiences and bad. I'm pretty picky and like everything balanced and symmetrical. When it comes to my eyebrows, I have a hard time trusting someone new. I cross my fingers and hope it all turns out. Didi at Avenue 42 was patient, listened and took great care in designing my eyebrows. She took her time and I was happy with the outcome. Several weeks later & my eyebrows still looked good. In all the years of getting my eyebrows done, this was the first time that I didn't have to count down the days until my touch-up appointment. Truly amazing really. Anyway, I've had my second appointment and Didi made the minor touch-ups. She is truly gifted and I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. You'll be in good hands with Didi. My only other advise would be to follow the care instructions.

Mandi is wonderful. She took the time to answer my million questions leading up to appointment day. She did a great job on my brows. And her after-care was perfect, different from the instructions you can find online, which I love. Her approach was tried, tested, and true.Three years later, I come in for a touch up and she tells me that I don’t actually need it yet!That right there demonstrates how much she cares about quality and doing the right thing. She turned away $$ because she knew it wasn’t necessary. It’s a big deal getting your brows done. It’s permanent and on your face! Scary. So who would I trust to do this? Mandi.

Mandi is simply the best. Several of my friends recommended Mandi when I was looking to have my eyebrows tattooed. Mandi spent lots of time with me and suggested powder brows . The whole experience was fantastic. So easy, no pain and no downtime. The colour was perfect and the shape could not have been better.
