I have been going here for a couple of months now, and it's been great! I never tried Physio before till this year and I never knew how badly tense my neck and shoulders were and what lead to the pains and cracking" noise I have been hearing for 2 years. Sandeep has a good grasp of physiology and explained it to me in simple terms how the muscle groups there worked and why I was hearing a noise every time I turned my neck. Thanks again!"

I have been going to Triune since July 2022. I started visiting the clinic after I had severe pain in my shoulders (I required a persons help to get up from bed).During the first session Dr Sandeep was explained as to what has happened and what can be done. After a course of 3-4 sessions the pain has reduced drastically.He suggested doing neck and shoulder exercises twice everyday and daily stretching exercise as well.Everyone who works in Triune is very welcoming. The clinic is well kept. Most importantly my appointments are always on time.I had a wonderful experience at Triune Physiotherapy in Hamilton.

10/10 I had a severe pain in my shoulder and ROM was affected. I was searching for a physiotherapy and ‘Triune Physiotherapt’ was on the top with best reviews so I trusted and went to the Dr. Sandeep. And it was my best decision.He explained me each and everything after that what happened and what will be the procedures. After few sessions my pain was reduced. He explained all the plan about exercise, Streching and whatever the machines he is going to use and was carefull with me while lifting the weights for strengthening the shoulder, arm muscles.Now am back to my work :)Thankyou Dr. Sandeep and special thanks to the beautiful lady working at the front desk. She was always reminding me my appointments and always greets with a beautiful smile on her face :)
