I have had a stress knot deep in my upper back for years with a old rotator cuff injury that never quite healed. I have had numerous massages and treatments from other therapists with limited results. After a single visit, I have full range in my shoulder and no pain in my upper back. I went to Cathy due to fluid build up in my knee. She was amazing at diagnosing my problem, educating me on the lymphatic system in my leg and providing the necessary solutions to get rid of the edema. I know that if the problem persists I have a knowledgeable RMT that I can go to who will properly drain my lymphatic system!

Cathy is truly amazing!!!I injured my shoulder from a crash on my onewheel. I received my first ever massage in my life this morning from Cathy, and there aren’t enough words in the English language to express how truly thankful I am I found her. For the first time in my life I actually feel good, genuinely good, and I was nervous about going and having someone I don’t know work on me but Cathy made the entire experience extremely comfortable and relaxed. She walked me through the full process as I’ve never had a massage before! I already cannot wait for future sessions and more so for her vast knowledge on the lymphatic system as I was born with a lymphatic malformation (that causes me grief) just to see my results from her as opposed to doctors that “can’t do anything” - that’s the reason I booked in the first place.
