Rosaline and Riley were absolutley outstanding. Best customer service I have ever received hands down. After a disappointing night of being turned down by competing resteraunt chains, I finnaly got my favourite snack here. No questions asked, they whipped me up a delicious rootbeer with a small fry in the cup. I was even provided with condiments, utensils, and napkins. Whilst me and two friends were socially distanced in, ontop of, and behind my motorized vehicle. Overall I am very impressed with the experience. I will definetley be coming back next time I want some soggy rootbeer fries.

There's not one singular thing that makes this a miserable experience but the it definitely all adds up to a less than stellar experience. There are items on the menu that aren't available and thanks to this awful design of this whole a&w, you are trapped in the drive thru until the cars eventually move, so you order just so you aren't completely wasting your time. The service was kinda crummy, and as someone who worked in retail for half a decade its not hard to do the bare minimum even on a bad day, but even before I got up to order I could hear the order taker aggressively telling the car in front of me what they were out of. When I pulled up I got overall snippy attutude, sorry for telling you what I don't want on the burger before telling you my side and drink. It's also really telling how little people care when they can't even be bothered to mark off the tabs on the drinks so you know which of the three brown liquids is which. The worst part is that the food wasn't even good, and I really like A&W food, but the sweet potatoes fries were undercooked and tasted off, maybe the chipotle mayo could have salvaged them but hey they forgot that too. If you want to avoid the crummy drive thru experience then step inside to the counter productive interior, because the counter is set up to corral orderers and people waiting for their food into a small area which block the fountain pop and main garbages. Just an overall bummer to visit.

I'm normally a fan of this place (so 3 stars based on past interactions) but today they tripple-soaked their onion rings in SALT!! If you have sodioum tolerance issues, be careful! And if your burger has sauce, ask for extra right up front because, damn, they're a little skimpy today.

These are the best Onion Rings, I have ever eaten. Unlike B.K., there is an actual onion inside, with a crispy/crunchy not greasy batter on the outside. Reminiscent of some of the seafood places on Cape Cod or Newport, RI. The burgers are not typical of a fast food place, and actually come with real purple onions, lettuce and tomato. Do try a Teen" burger or as I did a "Beyond Meat Burger" as it was delicious. When I return to this area

Sunday June 18/23. Went in to order two breakfast got there at 10.10 am put in my 2orders was still waiting there till I got my orders which was not till 10.55 .45 minutes later is to long .there were other customers who heard there was a long wait decided to go some else.not blaming the two workers who were doing there best to keep up you need more employees .
