Great local and well needed beauty store for the area. Very organized with lots of options. The employees and owners are nice and do not shy away from providing assistance. If they do not know something they will ask another colleague.

To the little girl who works in the wig section, with her low, zero effort bun. Since you wanted to unnecessarily inform me that you only work there once a week, let me address you directly. What a shame that you work somewhere once a week and have no sense of customer service or patience. You should probably find another job because it’s very concerning that once a week of work would make you so miserable; especially considering all you do is go back and forth pulling wigs for customers. Horrible service, and lack of accountability for some of their workers who put no effort into helping customers.

I love the music that they always play!! The store is goood too. I bought lipstick when I went there and I loved it! I think the fake lashes are really nice too as well as the hair products. I've been told that the store is expensive though but I haven't really bought that much things to give feedback on if it's expensive or not. But I think it is?

Always a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly and helpful. The products are plentifully displayed in an organized fashion, and the prices are reasonable. After going here for the 1st time in January, I have never looked back. I want this business to be successful so I will continue to shop here for my hair needs.

This place was stacked with all the beauty products that women of colour could desire.Prices were reasonable but one could get carried away with the multitude of products and end up buying more than one really intended.Staff were polite friendly and helpful the store was neat and clean.

Everything I need I can get here. Haven't found a better beauty supply store yet. The workers are helpful as well

Always friendly staff only complaint is those theft stickers they put on everything..why don't you put them on a spot where is no product info. I can NEVER read ingredients or instructions. Why not stick them to the bottom.. all my stuff from your store is sticky as I take the stickers off to read the bottle

Absolutely go above and beyond for customers. I went in today October 2,2022. I’ve never owned a wig so I was extremely lost in the store. I walked up to the cash and the amazing lady behind paged someone to come and help me. The one lady at the back she was very young explained everything to me if it was a half wig, hd lace, what a closure meant, synthetic vs human hair or what a blend was. I left completely educated! My stress went right out the door. When I was cashing out a lady with a pink wig on told me how to install, what glue to use and also wig cap. She cut my lace for me I was so nervous to do it myself. I will definitely be seeing all you ladies again very soon. Thank you for helping me on my wig journey ❤️
