I can’t reach nobody by number you lived, “for talking with administration press 8”, I pressed and it start repeat again everything from the beginning, a gain I pressed and again it star repeat everything . I press 0 for talking with operator it said send a message by voicemail!

I had recently very bad experience one of the immigrant settlement facilitators. She doesn’t have proper enough knowledge and she is doing job there. When I asked some easy questions regarding citizenship application, she replied me that : I don’t know, you search online. Not helpful at all especially the agent I was dealing with her. Also she said that only in 10 minutes , I have another people before me. Although I have been booked for one hour appointment. Overall I wasted my time.Not a great day.

It’s good that they are open on Saturdays for people who are busy at work between 9 to 3pm. But unfortunately they are just open without any services.

I came here to translation of driver’s license, they only serve members, so first of all you need to bring a work permit to register as a member, and also bring your own translated documents and original driving license. There is no format requirement for the translation, the simpler is better, it can be done in about an hour, Cost 35 bucks.
