Many minor issues, overall I will give it 5 stars since every time I call they answer.

When inquiring to give my insurance consent to pick up my car over the phone, was proceeded to be shouted at, did not have the time to talk to me, and then to come to their hq to fight if I had a problem

Daniel of Thunder towing is a remarkable piece of work with no knowledge and skills what so ever.... I'm surprised that he actually has a license to drive. Yet alone being a tow truck driver... Very unpleasant to deal with and does not disclose any details as to the cost or charges. Not to mention the company he works with (industrial collision centre) should also not be in business due to the lack of professionalism displayed by the owner HAMID! HE'S ABSOLUTELY THE RUDEST PERSON I HAVE EVER HAD THE MISPLEASURE SPEAKING WITH. he would not release the details to my insurance company and kept blaming on covid19.... It's been more than 10 days and my insurance company is still yet to receive the information requested. My insurance company constantly has been emailing and calling to get the information but they won't release the details. Because the longer the car stays the more money they make. Which is highly unethical. DO NOT USE EITHER OF THESE COMPANIES AS THEY ARE CROOKS AND WILL DRAIN YOU DRY! I wish I could give 0 stars! Not recommended! Find someone else!

I just picked up my car from this towing company this morning and had the most unpleasant experience. The owner Hamid is absolutely the worst human being. From the beginning when I called to ask how much the charge would be he was rude and would not give me any details regarding my car. He told me to call back in a couple of hours then hung up the phone.My boyfriend went that day to go and speak with him as I was very upset at the way I was treated. They had made a deal if we pay cash when we picked up my vehicle he would not charge tax.We went this morning to pick up the car and right away he was extremely rude to us.. then gave me a receipt for the full amount. When we reminded him of the deal he had made he started yelling and swearing at us. I don't know how he thinks it is OK to speak to someone like this!! Finally he said it was fine but then wouldn't give us back $30 of our change, then proceeded to swear and yell at us once again.This was the most unpleasant interaction i have ever had with someone. Do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this towing company. This man DOES NOT know how to run a business and should not be allowed to deal with the public. If i could give ZERO stars I would. I repeat DO NOT use this company. Save yourself the headache! Seeing all of the horrible reviews for this place makes me wonder how they are still in business.HAMID YOU ARE A HORRIBLE HUMAN BEING... LEARN HOW TO INTERACT WITH PEOPLE AND TAKE AN ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASS!

I don't know where these positive reviews are coming from. Just awful towing company and their affiliated auto shop. Had an accident at the end of the year and out of nowhere these professionals" appeared moments later and offered to tow my car to a "reputable" auto shop

They will just hold your car to try and send it to their body shop so everyone can get paid for it, you might as well get them to release it and have a cop come with you to force them to hand your car over

After I had gotten into a car accident, Thunder Towing showed up out of nowhere and picked my car up without my full consent, and without providing any detail regarding the cost of the tow and other service fees. They manipulated me into thinking it was absolutely necessary that I move my car because they saw I was inexperienced with the post collision process, and then completely over charged me for their service to which prices were never disclosed.The owner is by far the rudest person I have ever come across. He swore relentlessly at my father who was simply asking for a breakdown of the price of the tow. All he could repeat was “WHY ARE YOU WORRYING ABOUT THE PRICE, YOUR INSURANCE WILL COVER IT!?”, so he clearly only cares about how much money he’s going to make off you. They pride themselves for trying to help people" but all they really do is hold you back for hours so that they can charge a fortune for every minute they are there.Whatever you do

disgusting towing company stay away. they have held my car already for 4 days just to not release to insurance. guy swore at me on the phone just complete HORRIBLE experience

These guys are biggest scam. The hold cars in storage for more than 3 months. They are rats and biggest scam.
