They patiently handled my calls, shuffled schedules and put in a lot of effort to help me address the issues I faced promptly and with professionalism. I would recommend pacific specialty brands to anyone.

We purchased a Blomberg cooktop for a renovation of my partner’s condo. The reno was to make it wheelchair accessible, and the contractor took 6 months to get to the point where the cooktop could be installed in the quartz countertop.The cooktop was discovered to be warped out of level by 1/4 inch, and could not be installed. This is clearly a factory defect since it is a glass and metal cooktop.Trail says since it has been 6 months since we purchased the item there is nothing they can do, no refund, no replacement.When we checked the item on delivery, it appeared in new condition, a warp would not be noticed until installation.Such terrible business practice! We will not purchase from this company again, they will not even address a defective product. This is called taking advantage of your customer.Update: June 28th: after all this time the solution offered to us by Trail’s Distributor PACIFIC SPECIALTY BRANDS is to put the warped cooktop in place, and use clamps to FORCE it into a flat shape!!! Not only is this a ridiculous suggestion for Trail or PSB to avoid replacing a defective product, it risks cracking our new quartz countertop. What are the odds PACIFIC SPECIALTY BRANDS or Trail would take ownership for that???!

Working with Leanne was by far one of my best customer experiences in the past several years. Not only did she find me some incredible slightly used appliances, but she solved a major problem for me which was above and beyond. Nice to see someone do their job so well. The parts team was also super helpful tracking down a piece I needed and at the end of the day I'm feeling very grateful to have worked with their company, it's very rare these days that I would post a review like this. Purchased a part to fix my freezer door, picked it up and fixed it. Ordering and pickup was super smooth, part was exactly like advertised and fixed my freezer door. 5/5 would order from here again!

My bloomberg fridges (I have two of them) have ice buildup. I did some research online but it is hard to find helpful information about the issue. I was told that PSB is the certified repair company for the appliance in Vancouver. Initially I was hesitant to use PSB because there is not much web review available about their fridge repair service but decided to try them out. The technician, Kenneth Wong, is knowlegeable about the issue. He was able to go at it and dealt with the issue quickly and efficiently. He also explained the problem to me clearly. The dispatch service also advised me before the service to turn off the fridges several hours ahead. This helps to save the technician's time to de-ice the fridges and lower the repair cost significantly. Overall I am happy with the service.

I wrote a review that doesn’t seem to have come through. Technician ALAN sorted out our Blomberg washer that sadly had packed up after only five years.Alan is a most personable, polite, nice and Professional young man, and a credit to you. Most impressed.
