I learned to swim at the outdoor pool here in 1954. My teacher was Winnie Roach was the second woman to swim across the English Channel.

This place is awesome, the facility is beautiful, always clean. The Undaunted sea cadets and Captain Jackson navy league meets here on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Navy League Canada, Calgary branch also works out of the Annex here!

It is a beautiful view from a top a hill over-looking downtown. I enjoy driving my children there. Be warned- there is a volunteer component. It is reasonable considering the value.
