Dr. Willoughby and his staff are fantastic and very professional. I haven't had too many dentists who seem to get it right the first time. He explains what he is doing during the examination and I like the atmosphere as it's very loose and comfortable.

I started coming here when my dentist retired and it's been the best experience. The administration staff are friendly and skilled with billing, my hygienists have all been attentive and answer all my questions. And Dr. Pahal is skilled, compassionate, attentive and kind. I highly recommend this dental clinic.

Dr Willoughby is the best dentist I have ever had. He is attentive, caring, and extremely skilled. I referred a friend who was terrified of dentists and hadn't been to one for years. After his procedures he stated that Dr Willoughby was an A plus dentist.

Since moving out of Prince George, I drive the 8 hours to go back to see Dr Willoughby. He's an amazing dentist. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the dentist and need to be sedated. He is the only one who has made me feel comfortable enough to have work done without sedation. He has the experience and the bedside manner that puts you at ease. And you get the sense he wants to help; that he's not just doing the job for the money. The staff at his office are also lovely people. Absolutely recommend.

Dr Andrew Willoughby is without a question the best dentist I have ever had wish I knew him 25 years ago . His skill and knowledge surpasses any other dentist I've ever had,I recommend him to all looking for great dental work.

Great staff. Great experienced dentist. Everyone feels like family. So comfy from the minute of arrival .I highly recommend them if u are in the market for a dentist. I drive all the way from Westgate upto the Hart to see them .. Would not trade my Dental Firm for the world...North Hart Dental rocks !!!

Dr Willoughby is fast, courteous, thorough and nearly painless. He gives a detailed explanation of what he's doing and why. I believe he's a leader in his field, and has developed technology to advance his profession. On my initial appointment, (about 10 years ago) I needed an immediate root canal prior to an out of country holiday.; he re-arranged schedules to accommodate me. The work was done in about two hours, and I was able to chew normally the next day ! I've been his patient since then, and my teeth have never been better cared for. I recommend him without hesitation.

I just finished a series of treatments and just wanted thank dr Willoughby and all the fabulous staff for the great treatment I had there.Dr willoughby is the most knowledgeable dentist I’ve ever been to.Thanks again for a great experience guys
