This was the fastest and easiest car purchase I have ever experienced. Ben was very knowledgeable about the car I was buying and he went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly! He also kept me well informed along the way about timing and next steps. I never felt pressured to make any decisions and I ended up leaving with a great deal on a car. In fact, Ben even offered to bring the car to me so that I wouldn't have to drive all the way out to London again. He was professional throughout all of our interactions and I cannot recommend him enough!!!

Favourite place to buy a truck after being to stop 23, forest city dodge, and now buying my last 3 trucks from highbury ford, especially after experiencing Oakridge ford and east court ford. Two sales reps and a sales manager lied to my face about CPO eligibility for a 2021 Ford Edge ST. Told me registration closed months prior so they were unable to CPO anymore vehicles for the year. The CPO offer carried a promotional rate of 4.49% on used vehicles. Brought up the fine print of the CPO offer with the sales manager which mentions nothing about limited quantities". Their response was basically "oh well... go pound sand"Sales manager was also using the vehicle as his personal vehicle. When I went in for a test drive it took them awhile to track down the manager for the keys and he had to remove his child seat from the vehicle and it was also dirty inside.All good though Northway Ford was able to CPO the vehicle I wanted for $1500 no questions asked and it was a way better deal overall. I was able to close a deal on a used 2022 Ford Edge ST in under 30 minutes after they accepted my down payment. I spent multiple days trying to close a deal with Highbury Ford. It's almost like Highbury Ford doesn't like selling cars or something.I would avoid this dealership

Great service. The guys (Danny & Geoff) were very friendly and personable. Always made sure I understood, took the time to weigh different options with me regarding vehicles and financing. No pressure at all to buy a vehicle I wasn't sold on. The guys made sure to keep contact and check in throughout every step of the process (sales vs financing).
