Access storage has a wonderful team of staff! I had a positive interaction every time I went into the office. The storage units are clean and secure. You are only able to get into the storage unit during office hours but they are open on weekends. I had complete peace of mind leaving my belongings there for a few months.

Giving 3 star because i was stranded at the floor, kept calling for help no response. Stayed stranded at the elevator for close to 30mins. Had to call their help desk, help desk had to call the floor manager or so, no response. I was calling the emergency button, but it wasn't working. Please fix it. And this is the Higgins location in Winnipeg.

I recently made a big move from the west coast and had a lot of things to be stored. Linda at the Higgins location is fantastic! Super helpful & amazing customer service. She quickly upgraded my storage unit to bigger one. Gave me a great deal on it too!
