I scheduled a appointment and he overbooked and had to cancel which is fine. We rescheduled for the Monday, but on Monday he never showed. I messaged him asking what happened and he read the message and never responded. Very unprofessional.

Owners are very nice & polite. They know what they're doing! I'm giving these hard working men a full 5 star review. Who are you gonna rely on in the winter when you need a crack injection job done? They finished the job in a very short time :)

As the thaw happened this winter and the snow melted it became apparent I found a crack in my foundation I called a few different companies however innovative foundation repair had the quickest and cheapest solution to solve my problem as they got it done the next day in a precise and clean matter and took up little of my morning
