Very cool little shop, friendly and helpful staff. I don't know if the gentleman I saw was the owner, but he was very good with children and made them smile. Picked up a cat bed and some other cool stuff for great prices. Also, good on the owner for sticking up for for himself in the reviews, lots of entitled, w0ke cheapskates around trying to scam small businesses nowadays, my cousin had a business similar to this and some people are like piranhas.

Very pleasant shopping experience, will for sure be shopping with them again ...Won some items on the auction for the first time and found there was also some products offered in store when I went to pick up ...Will for sure plan more time next time so I have time to look around ...The staff were friendly and helpful as well ...

It's been about 3 months since I've been buying from here and I only have had extremely pleasant experiences. Compared to other business like Auctionmaxx and Clearance Depot, this one is by far the best one out of the 3. Everything I purchased has always been like new or new, fully operational, and never missing any parts or pieces. They are very well organized, pick up of items within minutes, very clear and easy to understand policies and procedures, and amazing customer service. Even the buy it now prices are more than fair.My only feedback is that I wish they took pictures of the actual items condition. I made a bid on an item where the package was described as Distressed" and when i got it

Scam Scam Scam.The Owner is fraud. Selling repaired and useless Phones to customer and put wrong description as New. So people fall for it.He is not following his return policy at all. Dont waste your time and money here.

I love this place. Everything I've bought has been exactly as described and the staff are really nice too.

Now that means he has people watching your bids and they bid against you . Next week is back in the auction .More money for the owner .Do not ask him for shipping he will take you for a ride .Scott Folly ,so called the owner . Don't bother with this place. Their listing was inaccurate for a canopy I bought. I drove from Guelph to pick it up, brought it home only to find out it had missing pieces. Their response, bring it back for a refund. Normally that would be fine, but wasting 3 hours and the fuel costs for no reason is unacceptable. When I suggested a partial refund to cover the cost of the missing pieces, the guys response was, 'we don't do that'. Rather than keep a sale, save their own employees time, keep a customer and save a customer's time, they choose to forgo it all. I suggest you forgo this place and purchase your products from someone reputable.Just to note, I did not start off swearing, not to mention I did hear the guy on the other end swearing at his employees. Furthermore, if you look at all my other reviews I explicitly try to leave positive reviews. Very rarely do I leave a negative review.
