Excellent services and very professional. My previous accountant was too amateur and even didn't report my tax of 2016. This time the staff here helped me with all my tax requirements and clarified all my confusions. Very pleased with the experience. Highly recommended. Even a bit more expensive than the individual accountants here and there, but way more organized.

The staff did their job, but dont expect much more. I recieved no greeting at the door as no one was at the receptionist's desk and once attended to there was no friendly interaction whatsoever, either with staff/customer interaction or with a general walkthrough of all the paperwork involved with filing for an annual tax return.

Pros:Staff were extremely polite, knowledgeable people, really a pleasure to do business with. Very good about explaining what they were doing and why.Cons (Physical comfort):Not enough chairs were available. After 20 minutes the chairs that were there were impossible to be comfortable in (and still a long time to go).Space was too small and felt claustrophobic. It was like five people being stuck in a broom closet.

Waited 40 minutes just for a person that showed up and waited 10 minutes to go ahead of me. Completely ridiculous. Waste of time, dont bother going here if there is more then 3 other people. They cant count.
