very clean space. everyone was very nice and considerate. went in for a quick cleaning and check up and the hygienist and doc made sure i understood everything. as a student you can claim benefits through your school, so saves you a lot of money too. highly recommended

Office is clean, entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We actually drive from Toronto to Waterloo now for this great dental experience, and trust our teeth with nobody else!!!

I was nervous about getting a tooth filling, but the dentist made me feel very comfortable and explained everything in detail. The procedure went smoothly, and I didn't feel any pain. The university dental clinic and 247 dental clinics are the sameI recently had an extremely disappointing experience with the University Dental Clinic and feel compelled to share my frustration. I booked an appointment through their website for a whitening treatment, which clearly stated it was covered by insurance, at 11 am today. However, at 9:30 am, I received a call informing me that it wouldn't be covered. Despite this setback, I decided to proceed with the appointment.I went back to the website to book a cleaning service for 11:50 am and received a confirmation email. To my dismay, the address on the email was incorrect, so I had to call the clinic again to obtain the correct address. Once I arrived at the clinic, the receptionist informed me that they had no availability and suggested rescheduling. This was baffling because I had a confirmation email clearly indicating my appointment time. I showed her the email, but she dismissed it, claiming they had sent me an email stating they couldn't accommodate me, which I never received.I cannot help but feel frustrated and let down by this experience. It seems that there was a lack of communication and organization within the clinic. If they didn't have any availability, it would have been more appropriate for them to notify me when I called to confirm the address. Alternatively, they should have updated their website to reflect the true availability or at least reached out to inform me about the situation.To add insult to injury, the receptionist had the audacity to suggest rescheduling for Monday. After the inconvenience I had already experienced, I had no intention of giving them another chance.I caution anyone considering making an appointment with the University Dental Clinic to be extremely careful. The lack of organization, poor communication, and disregard for confirmed appointments are concerning. Save yourself the time and frustration by seeking dental services elsewhere.

Booking for appointment and getting reminders twice is really good. The doctors was good as well, I just felt uncomfortable about the work of the person who was assisting the doctor while my filing. She was putting too much pressure with the equipment to suck the liquid from my mouth during the procedure, I did not even get a chance to say it was hurting. Every other services were good though along with the great location.
