Elles travaillent très fort et offre un service remarquable avec une empathie hors du commun !J’ai consulté deux vétérinaires et les deux sont des professionnels avec beaucoup de connaissances et j’ai remarqué qu’ils veulent vraiment aider…. C’est pas juste des ventes… et faire de l’argent….Lâchez pas ! Vous êtes formidables !Merci d’être là !

Promised 10% discount for multiple spays. Wanted to book all at the same time, but the staff said they only had space for one at a time. Now they won’t honour the 10% discount, because the procedures needed to be done at the same time!Worst of all, when we asked about this reneging, the staff were extremely rude and dismissive. Absolute lack of integrity and honesty. Clearly this veterinary clinic is only in it for the money.

I took my two cats here. The first time i was here the vet was there and he seemed really nice but it turns out hes not normally their on mondays when we are actually free, their must have been a miscommunication when i first contacted them. Our girl had some worms and ear infection but with the treatment shes still not doing well and losing a lot of hair around her head.There was more miscommunication when we got them spayed and neutered, we were told only the male was gonna be done but then they took the female as well. Then i was horrified when i received them and came back home to realize they were still covered in blood bleeding on the way home. My boy now has an infection possibly from it not being cleaned properly before he was returned, we can't keep taking time off from work to take them in so we are going to have to change vets as much as I'd like them to redeem this issue.
