Flooring Plus

I went Flooring Plus last weekend looking for a transition piece for our flooring. Eddie was so fantastic he spent 30 minutes with me going through what they had in their warehouse to find the best match possible. I will definitely be coming back!

This company has been so great to deal with! Eddie takes the time to make sure you're getting what you want and he negotiates fairly. His goal is to make a customer happy, which is obviously a smart business approach since we will now be telling all friends and family to go to Flooring Plus and deal with Eddie. Thank you so much, Flooring Plus, for the superb job helping us find a vinyl plank floor we love, and for having it laid so quickly and professionally. It all looks amazing!!

Our basement flooded and all flooring needed to be replaced so we got set up with Eddie and he was wonderful. He went above and beyond for us, helping us decide which options to go with and he was so quick getting his team in there to start working on the flooring. We went with 3 different options, tile, vinyl and carpet, and they all look absolutely amazing! I am so impressed with our new floors! All of the people we had in our house throughout the process were very friendly and easy to work with too. I can't believe it was done so fast in just a few weeks from the damage to being complete and ready to move back in. 10/10 would recommend and if we need to do any other flooring we will be going back here for sure.

My senior mom had her basement flooded and was getting it done. She had engineered hardwood and he was going to give her laminate floors. But when she asked for laminate where the carpet was he said no as laminate is more money. Wow but he had no problem trying to scam her and put laminate where the hardwood was.

I just moved into the new house on Christmas Day 2020 and saw the huge seams of the hardwood floor you made. I have complained to the shopkeeper many times but got no reply. Nice talk but bad work

Went to purchase new laminate floor for living room and dining room. Talked to salesperson Natasha. She was extremely helpful and made excellent choices to consider. We had shopped numerous flooring stores but decided to go with them. Sam I believe is the owner came out and measured material needed. Floor was installed a week later. Installers did an excellent job. Most definitely recommend Flooring Plus for quality and someone you can trust. Wil definitely make future purchases. Thank you Flooring Plus.

Honestly, I don't know much about flooring or even shopping for it as when we bought our house 6 years ago, we just went with what we liked at our local Lowe's. That said, I now regret not using a small business like this. The owner, Eddie, is a guy who seems to care a lot about his customers. Our neighbour's water hookup flooded our house and having to pay our $1000 deductible despite no fault to us was frustrating enough. We weren't looking forward to the process of having the restoration company come in and replace the flooring, or even picking flooring, but Eddie has made it simple and stress-free for us.Highly recommend visiting his store before going elsewhere.

We were extremely impressed with the installation of our laminate flooring that we purchased at Flooring Plus. The young man who did the job was very polite, a hard worker, and made sure that every board he put down was perfectly flawless. He left our place clean and tidy, as well. We would highly recommend using Flooring Plus.

I typically don’t write reviews but, in this case, I felt I had to as people should know who they get into business with. The owner Eddie at first seemed great and helpful but as we continued you could tell they are not a professional company and have very little attention to detail. Even when following a photo of how the tile was originally installed the tiler choose to do it differently and was so angry that we wanted it like it was originally that he walked off the job. The owner Eddie, after his tiler walked off said he would send his ‘butcher’ to come back to finish which is clearly an unprofessional way to talk to a homeowner. They did not measure heights of toilet drains and had already installed underlayment which led to further delays as they tried to find a solution. Once they were ‘completed’ and I show my insurance adjuster the final work and the adjuster said it was ‘sloppy’ and had the contractor call Eddie to come back however the final result shows they did not care about finishing it properly. Eddie chose to do the work his way and blames my wife and me for the issues when he failed to listen.I could go on with many more examples of poor workmanship or communication, but I have wasted enough time with this company and hope this review helps you with your decision on a contractor.
