Precision Towing
I would highly recommend Precision Towing. They facilitated returning my car to my home from a long distance. They are friendly, efficient and go the extra mile (pun intended) to take care of their clientele. In stressful situations, they are quick to respond, affordable and capable of handling any complications that may arise with ease. Hands down, one of the best experiences I have had with any service company!

My rental truck broke down on the Highway today, we had two other towing companies showed up before Precision Towing came to do what they are best to do and that’s towing!The person who helped us that day he’s name was Christopher, one of the nicest person I have met! He did he’s job like a master and a true professional!If y’all ever need someone to tow your vehicle Christopher is the man for the job!

An excellent experience. Upon dispatch from CAA, the truck arrived in a short time frame. The driver was courteous, had a great attitude, and efficiently resolved a situation that two drivers from a competing outfit had passed on. At no time during our interaction did I have any concerns with my vehicle. Keep up the good work, Precision.

I needed my Altima to be towed. Precision sent James who did the job with precision. Earlier I called classic , they sent 2 drivers who refused to do it and wasted my entire day but James did the job in like 15 minutes.Thank you Precision and specially James

Had a flat on the QEW and couldn’t find anyone to help us; TD Auto Club was useless and left us waiting with no help for more than an hour. After making several calls, we were led to Brian at Precision Towing, who kindly and immediately offered us assistance. Cam arrived in less than 15 minutes! He was kind, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. Cheerful and friendly, he was a consummate professional. Can’t imagine a better experience. 10/10! Thank you Brian and Cam!!

Really Liked their service. Met an amazing guy Chris who was very helpful to me. He was very nice. And he even saved my money by changing my Basic Membership to Premium. It was really nice meeting him. He deserves more than 5 stars. Really helpful and nice guy. Would like thank him for helping.

My beautiful Audi S4 was trashed by a reckless driver, Terrible situation! knowing Precision Towing is a legit tow place I called them to help me instead of dealing with the pushy operators on the scene who would for sure rip me off, Chris showed up super quick with his flatbed and got me out of there, He gave me a ride right to my house and even helped me gather some items from my car. Very happy with the service and good to know of a place you can trust when things go sideways. Thanks again Precision!

I wish I could give 500 stars!! James went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get our car safely to the mechanic. We have a very narrow shared driveway. James used creative problem solving skills X 100 to help me get the car down the driveway safely and without causing any additional damage to our car.I could not be happier with the service and will recommend Precision Towing to anyone who is in the unfortunate situation of needing a tow. It is never a fun situation to be in, but the timely and professional service I received made it positive!Thank you again James for your amazing service!!

I had the fortunate/unfortunate pleasure of using precision towing last night to take my radiator blown car to my home. The truck arrived way ahead of schedule and the driver Ryan was super polite and professional. I was home in no time. Thank you guys for an amazing experience and I will recommend you to all. Cam was very kind and professional!! Helped me get my car that was completely dead out of a 45 degree, angled driveway. Made the process a great one with no stress. Thank you so much!! Definitely recommend. Would reuse their services.
