While I do appreciate their customer service and how organized they are, their price for parts are so ridiculous. I was quoted $150 for a single sway bar link, and I couldn't find any sway bar link that is even close to the price they quoted me. Brands like MOOG, SKF, and Metrovic, which are more expensive than the OEM, are only $70 at most. They are literally $24 on RockAuto. And $100 to change the light bulbs? $570 for a single wheel bearing too? I don't even know what to say.They are organized, and they even sent me pictures and everything. Jason was also very approachable. However, more than a 250% markup on parts is pretty inexcusable. Thank you.

Not sure if it was an error in communication on my part, but not the best first impression.The mechanic I took my car to previously moved out of the city so I booked an oil change and inspection with AML just before the holidays as I had to drive back and forth to and from Barrie for Christmas because I had to work throughout the holidays. AML's reviews looked pretty stellar so I thought my car was in good hands.Dropped my car off, received a phone call a few hours later saying they finished the oil change and were replacing my drive belt because it was about to snap. I'm not sure if my response of Okay that's fine" was taken as "don't fix it

Their turn around for my AC fix was fast and as promised, the cost was a bit astronomical but having done some research this was a. decent average rate/quote. I do thank them for addressing the issue and so far it's working well for the time, I appreciate the warrantied work.

After my second time taking my car to be serviced at AML, I've upgraded my rating to 5 stars. The whole crew was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I felt like truly taken care of from start to finish. Yvette was friendly and efficient, Jason was kind and understanding and Rica was a delight! Thanks guys for the top-notch service!

Took my Highlander to the shop for some general diagnostics and they were quick, professional and were able to help. They were able to give me a detailed report outlining any issues, with photographs! Mechanic didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and was transparent with pricing and any required fixes. Will definitely bring my vehicle back!

Hey everybody,So I work down the road from AML, so I decided to give them a try and took my FORD F150 there. It was such a refreshing experience. They go above and beyond to help their customers. They are very honest and took pictures to show me what needed to be fixed and gave me a very comprehensive report back about my truck. Jason was so nice to deal with, and the technician who looked at my truck talked to me as well. They made me feel so welcome and made the whole experience such a pleasure, and I look forward to coming back. So when your vehicle puts a frown on your face, don't worry. AML is there to turn it upside down. AML honestly is worth your time and money. These guys stand behind their reputation. If you want your car FIXED right with Good old-fashioned customer service, then go to AML! Auto repair service the way it should be! Thank you so much AML!

Excellent service as always. I’ve been here a few times with my cars and other family members cars. Art, Jason and the team provide excellent and very professional service. Very trustworthy and practical advice, especially when it comes to the maintenance of one of my older cars. Very fair pricing too. If you are looking for a great mechanic, look no further. Would be more than happy to recommend to anyone.
