Order was not ready on time as promised. In fact it hadn’t even been started. I made it very clear that I had time sensitivity for live stock protection at the time of order and was told I could have it before the weekend. I was told that equipment had failed but on several subsequent phone calls was able to confirm that there was more orders then they could manage in any timely manor and that they made promises they knew they would not be able to keep in order to secure an order. They push smaller orders down the priority list in order to keep the bigger customers coming back. I suppose thats the nature of supply and demand. A little honesty would have been nice. I would have made other arrangements otherwise and don’t appreciate being left hanging with the health and protection of livestock and assets left venerable.
