This is the worst organization ever. I have a problem with visa passport related and i can say it is in an urgent matter, already in the airport and needed them on phone but you will not be able to contact them. All their phone number is always on hold… you will wait and then voicemail is full and machine voice will tell you to contact later. This is a consulate were you are expecting them to assist you or give you a a guide in case of any visa passport related problem when you are in other country. This place represent your country and government. But you cannot expect them to do their job! They are all busy putting make up in their faces! Or falling in line in Tim Hortons for their breakfast!! It is a waste of time calling them!!!!Filipinos are typically good abroad. Except from this people. Bunch of rotten tomatoes.

I just want to share our recent visit experience last April 21, 2023 for our children's Philippine Passport renewal. The schedule and processing was right on time. You just need to have all the required documents handy for a smooth processing time. Thank you and keep up the good work, Philippine Consulate General in Toronto, especially Marilyn for informing us the next steps and she was very friendly!!!

This is the building the Philippine Consulate Office is at 7th Floor. Staff are helpful. Though it takes time because of the volume of the people lining up mostly has an appointment. Need to get a number as soon as you get in. When walk in, it took me at least half hour before my turn. It is a great location for the commuters. If you drive there are lots of parking around and on the street across. Mine I parked behind the building for $8 an hour. It is accessible by phone application.

I have applied for my Philippine Passport and Notarial service yesterday and it was seamless. The staff is very nice and efficient and patiently responding to all my questions. Make sure you have all the documents required and the transaction will be very fast! It will be helpful if there's someone at the front to respond to inquiries instead of waiting for the counter staff to be available as it also delayed the people who are waiting in line already. Thank you for all your service to our countrymen. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

I wish they should be more understanding and helpful .I went to asked if they can give me an affidavit of lost passport for citizenship requirements. the guy just said they don’t issue such those thing…i hope they should wear name tag so we can identify those employees who also giving their best to help.

I checked in on a Monday morning, and was dismayed when the ticket number received was 074 and being entertained in two (2) windows were still # 40 & 41. Fortunately, being 79 yrs old, I noticed the Senior's booth empty. So I sat in front and was attended to within 2 min. Though my SPA documents for notarization were copies of previous documents notarized three weeks earlier, they claim notarized copies cannot be Certified True Copies!. I was advised to retypemy documents back home (1 hrs & 45 min ride) to my didmay. After appealing for assistance and reconsideration, the 2 ladies manning the booth did help me solve my problem by them preparing everything within 2 hours.Kudos to our Consulate Office!Appreciate being informed by my brother in law receiving it on June 17, 2023. I suspect the first copy sent was a victim during the recent Manila Post Office fire!

I have done three passport renewals in the past year and the staff, process and convenience at the Philippine Consulate General Toronto have been excellent. Appointments were booked online, forms were sent and filled in ahead of time and any questions I had were dealt with quickly and clearly via email. No complaints from me!

The Philippines Consulate office staff in Toronto needs good people skill training in customers services relation also they are disorganizes it even shows on their website navigation menu not enough good help is not user friendly. This is sad this is not just in Canadian Philippines Consulate office in Toronto but in the Philippines public services office across the country needs a good training in customers services regulations, They are stepping backward in time like old age on the services it seems like no one knows what there doing. No standardize regulation on anything they all need a good proper understanding the job as a public servant, to many step to get an answers it seems your going around and around the circle to get an answers they need to listen more on the question and understand the question. Need improvement on the services it looks bad on the country image. I will give it a negative star.
