We had a plumbing emergency and when I contacted, Ottawa responded promptly and offered services right away. They were incredibly informed, courteous, and professional. They answered all of our inquiries and provided a thorough explanation of everything. I couldn't have asked for a better technician to come out and assist us. I wholeheartedly endorse both this business and the staff that assisted us. Well done! I From now on, whenever we get a plumbing issue, I will call this business!

I called Ottawa Plumbing and Heating for an air conditioning maintenance service after reading all the quality customer reviews, and they did not disappoint. After phoning other providers who never called back, it was really nice to have courteous, timely, and responsive customer service. The service professionals are prompt, knowledgeable, cordial, and thorough, and the pricing is quite fair and affordable. I was pleased with the work completed and the office's follow-up.All of my neighbors and friends will receive my recommendation.

We received an On-site assessment with very comprehensive explanations of the issues we were experiencing + the expenses, and on-site equipment availability. They scheduled a technician to come out within a few hours, and they even arrived early for the appointment, which worked out very well for us. The technicians on site were polite and very respectful ( removed shoes after seeing that our flooring was being repaired and covered the work area to prevent any damage to the home).They were able to diagnose the problem in less than an hour and got started on fixing it right away. Entire fix took less than 4 hours. Best experience we have ever had.

This company has always pulled through for us! They've helped us a lot of times, and we've always been thrilled with the outcomes and how well they stuck to my budget. They were able to dispatch someone a few hours later when I experienced an urgent leak. Very thorough in finishing a unfinished job that a different plumbing firm was unable to. I am very grateful that Ottawa was able to come in quickly and finish the job as we had no heat for two week already due to the negligence of the other company we hired. The technician was able to fix the issue in two hours and was very professional and courteous. We will definitely call them again with any other issues!

Ottawa Plumbing and Heating is awesome!Their service was exceptional. Always tried to get in the earliest appointment times possible for our furnace to be fixed! Never had issues with calling the office, always answered right away and was patient with my questions! Sue and her co-worker were very professional & kind. Got the job done! Highly recommend them.

We ultimately chose to call Ottawa after spending the entire day attempting to fix a plumbing problem. They came highly recommended to me by a friend. A tech was sent to our house (arrived within an hour), and he was able to repair our toilet and plumbing problem. Fast repair, great customer service, and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend giving them a call!

My technician was very knowledgeable and respectful. Upon arrival (on time), he greeted us and put on the shoe covers we had out by the door. This was much appreciated by us as we just put in new flooring. He went to check a leak and ended up finding much more issues. He was honest with us and explained to us what was urgent to fix (besides the leak) and what was not. Due to his honesty, we chose to fix the most urgent issues and ended up calling them out again a few weeks later to complete the rest of less urgent issues. We greatly appreciated his honesty and him not trying to upsell us. The quality of the work done was flawless and we will continue to reach out whenever we have any issues. So glad to find a good quality and honest company.

Great experience with Ottawa Plumbing and Heating. Dawn and the team came out and gave extra time to help diagnose a very complex issue that I was dealing with. They went above and beyond to help and were excellent communicators. Out of the 4 companies I contacted, they were the only ones that came out ASAP, provided a thorough walk through and explanation, and presented several options. We will use them again.
