Worst service ever! I waited at the car order and then went to the cashier/window tried to explain that the machine was not workingI only wanted a coffee… the young guy Was very unprofessional Rude and his supervisor Yelled over him to send the client in side! All in FrenchNever again!!

Horrible service and can be unprofessional. We've given them multiple chances because we live close by but we've decided we'll drive further at this point.At one point I asked for a cold decaf coffee. They were so confused, tried to give me a hot one. They said they don't have cold/iced decaf. They then put ice in the hot decaf and gave it to me. We went to another one a week or so later, and they had it with zero issues.We went again recently and I wanted a pumpkin spiced latte. When we asked, all we got back from the person in the drive through was Quoi?". So rude. It's on the menu.We confirmed about three times they understood what I was ordering. They did. We ordered in French (My husband is French Speaking) but they asked "Do you want milk in your cappuccino?" We re-iterated it was a latte. A pumpkin spiced latte.We pull up

Food not fresh.Messed up my order twice.Coffee tastes weird, oh and their decaf is powdered. Tim Hortons quality went down the drain.Go somewhere else, don’t waste your money.

Rude service, but not from the new hire who served me. From.a senior staff I assume. Complaining to other customers about staff not showing up. Not once mentioning when ordering 6 donuts that certain donuts are not allowed? Why would you wait until after to.mention that? And blatant false advertising. Walk in to see a promotion for a Reese Dream Donut only to be told they refuse to stock it due to allergies. Then why are you advertising it?Tim's has really gone down in service and quality due to covid, but there's no need to take it out on the customers.

They don’t know how to fill a drink. Look at the picture I have added, the iced cap is 80% filled if I’m paying for a large iced cap I want a large iced cap. I don’t want a medium iced cap in a large cup when I paid for a large iced cap. This happens all the time at this Tim Hortons. And the manager will say that’s how it supposed to be but that’s a lie. This Tim Hortons is pretty much stealing my money. Fill my drink to the top it’s not hard.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. October 1, 2021, I waited 10mns for a BLT sandwich that they ended up giving to someone else ( that’s not a problem mistakes happen) that person opened the sandwich, touched the sandwich and give it back to them, then the employee fold the paper back and handed back to me, politely telling them I don’t accept something that someone opened and touched, they took back the sandwich and walk away, I politely asked them if they can make another sandwich, and the reply from the employee with a very Rude Tone, rolling her eyes at me ‘’you are going to wait’’What happened to customer service?Unfortunately from the rude unprofessional action of one employee it can tarnish a reputation of a franchise for other good employees.
